Now, I have rarely boasted about a fast food chain because, generally they are all the same. Well, this KFC is on point from the MTN Dew that was perfect to the spicy chicken sandwich that actually had some heat and the chicken bowl was yummy. The customer service was fantastic as well and the food came out quick. What a wonderful location and thank you to the crew that worked that day to serve us.

Well most of the staff here seems like service is not their main priority, I know fresh food is important but they’re always making customers wait at parking lot at least 20 mins for food. I think kfc must be pressuring their employees for speed not service.

Kfc and all fast food places need to get rid of the kiosk to take orders. It is not faster. Looking up what you want to order and then Looking for add ones. It is much quicker to order from the counter person. Kiosk is another way to eliminate jobs.

Arrived at this location at 9:30 they told me they weren’t going to make extra Crispy chicken when they close at 12 AM. I told him I don’t mind waiting whatever I have to wait for it but instead, they chose to refund me. This is not the first time it happened. This is about the fourth and I’m over it. They would prefer to refund you your money instead of cooking extra crispy chicken. You need other employees if you don’t want To do your damn job.

I signed up on the app, placed my order for pickup with a promo for a free bucket of chicken. The dining area was full and the restaurant very clean. I got there 10 minutes early and 2 minutes later my food was ready to go! The young man that help me was very polite and efficient. The food was freshly made, hot, delicious, and my order was perfect! I know this location had mixed reviews and I was a little skeptical but we’re happy we took the chance. I’ll def make it a point to comeback. Please keep up the good work!

FREE UNLIMITED SODAAAAA!!!!! Yesterday I walked in and there was an older man at the counter in front of him on the counter is a big sign saying use the kiosk. Meanwhile 2 or 3 workers are working in the back of the kitchen, continuing to glance up at us every 5 seconds as we wait. The older man got impatient and started to use the kiosk so I figured if they don’t pay attention to me at the counter they won’t pay attention to me at the soda machine either .. The older man got frustrated with the kiosk and had to yell for assistance at the counter as I was walking out . Pure hell . Hope this review helps . I’m sure that man won’t be coming back .
