Long time Fudenjüce patron here! I am so glad to live nearby and enjoy the food and smoothies so often. I have visited at least three times a week for over three years and can say the products and service are consistently excellent and super healthy. I really like the people, too. Great place for healthy and delicious food along with really good smoothies. I’m not in the area often but when I am, I make sure to stop and get something. I really like the Greek Rice Bowl. So far I’ve had a few different smoothies and haven’t been disappointed yet. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but I understand it is because they’re making food to order. The outdoor seating is nice. Only challenge is the parking.

This places feels like a relic of Old hippie California. It has a menu that reads like a Dr Bronners label. The prices are unbeatable for how healthy it is. Love it! Hope it stays.

I have never actually eaten here but the owners of this place are wonderful people. He saw a listing that my dog was lost and has gone way out his way to help look for him/post fliers ect. I know anytime I am in Nevada City I will be stopping here for lunch.

I’m so bummed! This was one of my favorite breakfast places for years. I just came back to NC recently and was excited to order a quesadilla…my favorite! When I opened the box it was almost like the food had been dropped a million times or thrown against the wall. I took it straight back to the counter and asked what happened and the boy working there said ” it’s messy like that because we ran out of brown rice and the white rice doesn’t stick”. I told him “it’s unedible and it’s on everything” and he said “yeah sorry about that” and then just walked off. I’d like to see the service improved so we can enjoy this local jewel for many more years.

Three visits in two days. Yup, we’ve found a winner!! Pesto chik’n wrap was bomb although the meatless alternative tasted more like sausage and had that kind of consistency but was so good we ordered it two days in a row. The blt was great although could use more fak’n or have avocado? I removed the top slice because I could mostly just taste bread with it served the way it was. We also had the Asian wrap and went back for shakes. The ‘Bugs’ did not disappoint! It was bomb and recommended to us by the lady who runs Broad Street Inn – thank you, Julie! My hubs had the Tropical and it was refreshing too. Both large and very filling! The little side salad they give you with your wraps is not necessary. I tried to eat mine the first day but was too full but didn’t want to waste. I ordered the wrap the next day and told them to hold the lettuce and I’d just take the sauce to add a little extra punch on my wrap. Overall a great experience and wish we lived closer to come more often but Australia

I love that we can order & pick up delicious smoothies. The other day, they were busy & forgot to make ours, when said 15 minutes & we arrived 20-25 minutes, however that was ONCE in all these years- and they jumped right on it, with care. I love the Darrell’s salad; falafel & so much more! I love that meals come with healthy salad. The wraps are great. We enjoy milkshakes occasionally, but more often order-smoothies, both great! They have wonderful coffee & desserts & are SO KIND. The owners do their best & all the staff seem dedicated & always greeted with KINDNESS HERE. MY only wish is that the owners would let my artist friend come back & finish sealing the gorgeous blue tile project. He’s alive now & will do it for trade. It’s so beautiful & something many treasure & he feels he must finish to bring delight to others for many more years. This place has been here forever & it keeps growing & adding more items because they are so responsive to what their customers want! The food & juices are organic & fresh, everything made to order! The options are crazy elaborate, but they will also make something custom according to your needs! I was waiting behind a Mom & young daughter who has many sensitivities.. they stood aside & looked thru all the zillions of options & finally the compassionate server said, just tell us what works for you & we’ll make it happen! With a smile ! They also have many fun & healthy add ons, like hemp, protein powders, various fruits, even chocolate. Order at the window then some simple inside & patio seating.
