Everytime my wife and I come in we are greeted by Claudia. She asks us how we’re doing. She always checks up on us and makes sure our food is right. She’s great! Food is fresh and the store is always clean. Denita is also great. They always make us feel as if we are among friends. We will continue to return! They are amazing!

Food is usually hot but I just wish the burgers had more seasoning on them. Service is not great or even good, cashiers are always rude. I ordered a milk shake only for my daughter so she can have while getting her nails done and it took 18mins just to get 1 shake. I went a second time to grab a shake for my other daughter to have while getting her nails done and asked how long will it take since my daughter was already getting her nails done, and the cashier said I don’t know it is not like I make the shakes super rude.

Clean? Nope if you look around just a bit you begin to loose your appetite… my burger wasn’t edible. Not trying to be negative just honest. My husband did enjoy his burger though.

It’s been a long time since I have eaten at a Fuddruckers and I am glad I came here. The burgers tasted just as good as I remembered. Juicy and flavorful meat that was very well cooked and seasoned. The new skinny fries were great. Super crunchy and had a good flavor and also perfectly seasoned. I loved the large to go cups. Plenty of soda and a good sturdy cup to reuse. The cons were, the place is dated the fresh burger toppings bar wasn’t so fresh. Everything looked like it was prepped the day before. The vegetables were wrinkled., I noticed the pico de gallo particularly looked a little old and had a transparent texture instead of nice bright and fresh. The cheese sauce that they are known for was not in a push button dispenser anymore, however in a soup container with a ladle scoop it out. The top of layer of the cheese was dried very hard and burned around the edges and the condensation from the lid above, drip down and left a layer of clear gross liquid on top. Half of the soda dispensers were empty were not working and the Diet Coke that I got had the worst flavor, I was unable to drink it. Also, the bathrooms were not kept very clean. Residual water covered the countertops and multiple used paper towels were wadded up and tossed near the trashcan, but ended up all over the floor and wasn’t picked up. The burgers were good enough to return and the price was OK so not disappointed and would still return with caution.

This place has gone all the way down hill, the service is terrible 5 people working and no customers and it’s filthy. The condiments were not appetizing at all and the cheese is in a round pot that looks like it’s been there a week. The guy that made my burger picked something up and threw it back in the bowl behind the wall and made a weird noise while doing it. This is sad that service is going down so much.

Good food but $71.62 for 2 1lb hamburgers and 1, 2/3lb hamburger with a few fries and a drink? Really? The burger was not worth what i paid. The buns were what made it 1lb. What did you use for the meat a freaking clydesdale? Why so expensive. I could have gone to Cheddars and ordered 3 hamburger that put your to shame for 1/2 the price. Dont believe me? Go try it

5/15/21 I had the bacon cheddar burger and it was cooked to perfection and the buns were so fresh and tasty. I had the wedge fries and the onion rings which were great. I added nacho cheese to the burger and it was a great. I finished the meal off with a cookies and cream milkshake which was absolutely amazing. Fuddruckers has some of the best milkshakes in town and a great atmosphere.
