Started out great finished work got to fudruckers ordered left and made it home halfway thru my CRISPY FISH SANDWICH a roach came out of the bread so I called to let them know what happened and now I’m the bad guy had great customer service until I told them about my food being crossed contaminated with a roach the manager says they never had a problem with pest I’m like ok what does that have to do with me

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Didn’t open when there houses said they would. Everything is over priced for a dry hamburger and burnt buns. Asked for a medium and got well done. This location is not worth it go spend you money on something better!!!!

could give this zero stars if i was allowed. firstly, i work inside the casino and they NEVER answer phone orders. as someone who has very little time for a break the walk to and from there cuts out my time as well as waiting for them to even cook.

How can a burger restaurant advertising cola product be out of everything no Coke products out half menu advertising the cashier Sarah female cook in back placing mushrooms in same grease as fries and I’m highly allergic to mushrooms. Very dirty needs better management…… And would highly recommend a better food control

Very small location inside a casino. Took 10 minutes for anyone to take my order (I was standing in front of the register) and there was only one couple sitting down. Once I placed my order I realized there wasn’t any cheese or nacho cheese on the tiny area where the condiments were. I asked about it and the cashier said that they were told not to have it available to the customers. I asked if they had any and she said they had some in a heated pan, but that would be extra. I spent the extra for it and it was nasty! They only had shredded lettuce and the items were very slim. The food is not what I would consider good Fudrucker’s quality food! Also had to ask for a drink refill as it was not available for me to get my own. Had to park way away from the resturant as it is inside the casino. I have been eating at Frudrucker’s since the 1980’s so I know what it should be like. I will not be returning to this location ever!

My Wife and I were in town for a concert and staying at the Holiday Inn next to Harrah’s casino. Checked my map app for restaurants close by. Found Fuddruckers across the parking lot at Harrah’s. We love Fuddruckers. So we decided to go there before the concert. We walked in Harrah’s expecting to find a normal size Fuddruckers. We finally found it and it was about 40 feet of counter space with a single cook and a cashier. OK. We waited to place our order. Finally placed our order and waited. Wife and I placed our drinks on the table and I went back to the counter to wait on the food. I saw two patties placed on the grill. Assumed they were ours. The cook was chatting with someone who had walked up. Then the cook went to the back room. He spent a lot of time back there. He had fries in the deep fryer beeping because they were ready to come out. He came back out and then back to the back room. The cashier stopped the fries from beeping. He flipped the two burgers that might have been ours. He spent a lot of time studying pictures on the wall on how to fix meals. There are two ladies in front of me trying to pick up their order. He was having trouble filling it for whatever reason. I noticed now the two burgers are moved to a spatula and are sitting on the edge of the grill not cooking. Another probably 15 minutes go by and he’s still trying to fill the order for the people at the counter. I look at the wife with a I don’t know look. She comes up and I tell her what I’m seeing. By now we’ve been here about 45 minutes. I guess if you’re gambling you have plenty of time to wait for your food. We didn’t have time to wait any more. We asked the cashier for a refund. We had a concert to go to. The waitress tells us she doesn’t know to give refunds. We could wait for the manager to show. No telling when the manager might have showed up. We left and called our bank to have the almost $30 charge cancelled. Fuddruckers should be ashamed to run such a place. Buyer beware!!

The person taking the order was not able to hold her eyes open. May have been the 3″ long eyelashes weighting yhem down. She held her chin in her hand and mumbled through the entire order. She actually showed me the line for adding a tip as I was paying. That is not something I tip for on a to go order.
