This Fuddruckers location has been Top Notch through all the years I’ve visited it. Great staff from Cashier to Servers to table managers. And I’ve never been disappointed at any Fuddruckers’ food quality. Hot, fresh burgers cooked my way…and built my way. This location never disappoints. Keep up the AWESOME WORK!!!

First time ever eating at this establishment and I must say it will be my last. Off the bat the young lady at the register was very rude to my husband and I. My burger was ok. I really wanted to try the onion rings but they was a disappointment. They was kinda cold when I got them and I didnt too much like the breading. My husband and daughter enjoyed their milkshakes but that’s probably the best thing going for them. This is my opinion but I don’t see the hype behind this place. I spent over $50 here. Should have made my own burgers again home.

Get it while you can, this is a dying breed. Quintessential Gen X burger place. My whole visit just now could have been an hour of MTV from the 80’s with the Bowl game on all TV’s. Not being a burger person, I opted for the chicken tenders this time. Not the best, but okay. My husband and his brother were with me and they are both burger eaters, so they were both quite satisfied. The sweet potato fries were excellent, as were the regular potato wedge fries. I highly recommend the fry sauce. There is an extensive bakery menu and excellent shakes. Restrooms were exceptionally clean.

Our local Fuddruckers closed years ago so we were excited to see this place open. We were a party of 4 and everyone got burgers, fries and a drink. The food was good, it wasn’t as good as it was when I was younger. The biggest appeal of Fuddruckers was freshly made hamburgers. However, in the current financial climate I don’t think we could afford it if they were freshly made.
The patties tasted average (Hardee’s burgers are better) but the bun was soft and the bacon crisp. I got regular fries, not the skinny ones, and they were the best thing there. Whatever seasoning they put on them was excellent. If you like a thicker, pillowy fry I recommend those. I could have made a meal off of them alone.
The intercom was loud and a little jarring but I understood the reason for it. If you’re sensitive to spontaneous loud noises, this might be an issue as they call out when your order is ready.
Overall, I enjoyed it but I won’t be seeking it out in the future.

I have two complaints. The table was dirty and the floor where we were sitting was filthy. I complained about the table and one staff tried to give me an excuse while she stood around. A nice gentleman came and wiped the table down from the night shift. I expect better from a high end burger restaurant. I never saw a day shift manager. We paid a lot for our food and the uncleanliness was appalling. There is no excuse for the uncleanliness. This causes germs to spread everywhere when your establishment is not clean.

Burgers are very good & delicious I like how you have the option to add whatever you want on your burger!
They have a bakery section & a small arcade section.
Everyone was very nice, helpful, and friendly, with great customer service!
The only negative is that it is overpriced. You will spend about $20-$30 on each person, other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was my grandmother’s favorite restaurant, and we celebrated many great times and meals.
Long gone are the in-house butcher shop.

Great food and service!! Only reason it has a 4 is they couldn’t do milkshakes, and didn’t have any sign saying so until after we ordered. They fixed the order and we weren’t charged, but it definitely would’ve been nice to have a heads up. Other than that hiccup, we loved everything and will definitely go back!!

Eating here made me never want to come back to a Fuddruckers again. I used to have a serious nostalgia for this franchise, but there’s no reason to maintain it when there are so many good burgers nearby.
Food: portion sizes are unusually small. Like a couple fries for a whole order. The kids burger was too small for the regular size bun. Worst part was getting cold sliced cheese on my burger. I’m not sure who is approving of the final product but skip here and go to The Beacon, Burgar or a place that cares about the product.
The ancient play area is closed. It looks like it’s been that way for years and probably isn’t changing.

This place needs to close for a good cleaning. From the moment you walk in the place is dirty. Granted we did enter after 7pm but we did observe SEVERAL employees just chit chatting with others and not attempting to clean up. Guests were waiting while employees were talking and on their phones. The one girl who was supposed to be cleaning couldn’t put her phone down long enough to even clean a table. When employees don’t care it gives a bad impression on the restaurant. When I told someone at the burger she said, “thank you” all I saw her do was keep complaining about the floor being dirty but never even attempting to clean it. Whoever the manager is was never observed. My burger, since that’s why I came, was completely burnt to a crisp-medium haha. I definitely will not return and I recommend no one come as well. This place needs employees that actually care and that will likely not happen!
