We are from Indiana traveling for vacation and stopped at this location for breakfast. As a long time Dunkin customer, I can confidently say this was the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Maybe its our Hoosier Hospitality, but arent workers supposed to great you & thank you? Our order was taken then we were handed our bags w a “here you go” before the window shut. Customer service is more than just getting customers their order.
Egg bites seemed like they had sat out, the outside being hard. inside was dry and crumbly, which is not how they usually are. We ordered 12 original munchkins & recieved 12 chocolate cake. My fiance got the donuts corrected but the workers were not happy about correcting THEIR mistake.
If you are staying at Great Wolf, save ur time and use the one in the resort. its better service and quality. Avoid this location.

There seriously needs to be a complete overhaul and replacement of almost every single employee that works at this store. The only person that makes my experiences here halfway decent is the one taking orders and he sounds like he belongs out in California on a surf board in the middle of the ocean. The interaction that he gives really softens the blow that I know is coming EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
The crew that puts the orders together and hands it to the customer NEVER double checks the order or puts any effort into making sure the order is correct. Dunkin’ is my family’s favorite stop for a light breakfast or a quick drink, like a refresher or a matcha.
This store is the ONLY Dunkin I’ve EVER been to that gets my order WRONG EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The only thing that keeps me coming back at this point is convenience because it’s the closest to my house. There’s been times where one of my kids is missing their entire breakfast order. Then when I try to call and ask for a credit because I can’t turn around and go back, or I’ll be late to church, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!
Today the ball was dropped yet again!!! I knew I should’ve checked the avocado toast. That’s normally where I’m shorted. The bacon never makes its way onto the avocado spread. The crazy thing is, just adding bacon to the avocado toast is $1 extra.. And did I mention the sweet cold foam on my iced matcha never makes its way onto my drink? That’s an up charge too. I had to send my matcha back this morning and have them fix it because I caught that mishap before I left.
Seriously…. This store really needs to get it together. I’ve worked in the fast food industry in the past and I promise, it’s not this hard. This is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t even a one off event, like I said. I moved to the Mason area 3 months ago and like I said, it’s the closest one to my house. The moment I get in line I’m expecting to send something back to make sure I get what I pay for, and that’s sad.
But like I said, the fun, mellow dude taking the orders in the morning lightens the blow a little bit. He deserves a raise being so personable and fun. Everyone else sucks..

I did a mobile order for an assorted set of 10 munchkins and they gave me 10 blueberry munchkins? I didn’t have time to go back and get my order corrected, but really? How hard is it to read assorted munchkins and not blueberry munchkins. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Smelled like stinky burnt coffee when we walked in. Good sour dough egg sandwich. Kinda stingy with the bacon. Coffee was good. Donuts should be amazing but they were not. Floor behind counter was soaked in spilled coffee. Looked gross. Counter and everything has drops of dried sticky coffee everywhere. They definitely need to take a minute or two to wipe stuff down and keep the restaurant clean. Even if they are busy. Just part of the business.
