I waited in line on Gratiot on Mothers day. waited in line for 40 minutes. Yes I know they where busy, that didn’t bother me. When I finally got to the window. A young man was making my order. Half way threw he walked away leaving it sit on the counter. The young lady realized it. Thought she finished it. We ordered 2 banana split frost bites. Got home and it was just vanilla ice cream 2 pieces of banana , basically tasted like vanilla ice cream and a few pieces of fruit. I was so looking forward to the wonderful taste it normally has. I have been coming here for years. Very disappointed.

Great local ice cream place. Will be sad to see them close for the winter. Fantastic custard. It’s definitely an attempt at making a better, more local oriented Dairy Queen-style place, but it’s much better than Dairy Queen to me.
