Panera has been and still is on my rich of things that rich people do. I paid $17 for a basic salad and unsweetened tea. Among this list of rich people things is Wegmans, cable TV, and owning a boat. Ordering from Panera. It is a pretty costly basic salad.

Disappointed in the Caesar salad. Stale croutons. Dressing is now served on the side in tiny cups that are inconvenient to deal with and not what I expect for dine in service (and obviously handled by others). Outside dining area floor surface is littered and unkept.

Everything was dirty, both the coffee area and drink area were sticky, spills everywhere, napkins empty, two of the coffee pots were out or spitting out grinds, floors were dirty, tables were not wiped down from previous patrons at all in the 2 hrs I was there working from my computer.

I have had great experiences here with friendly staff and great food. However, today I did a rapid pick up for a green Greek goddess salad and the avocado was black. Mind you I was on lunch break and was starving so I picked off the avocado and took a bite of the egg that was rotten tasting. I feel like puking now 30 minutes later.

I wish this location had more attention to detail. Ordered lunch for my staff today and they forgot one of the soups in a “You pick 2”. This is not the first time something has been missing from a delivery order from this store- left off the “extra croutons” that were paid for on a prior order. Best to not get delivery from here and check your order when you pick it up!
