This café has such great vibes and they had a large variety of deserts & drinks to choose from. The staff were warm and inviting. I believe all baked goods are made in house and they are very fresh. 5 stars for the business absolutely love all of the desserts and the prices are fair for what you get! Favorite ice cream place to be honest. I’m repeat customer of a couple years now and always had good customer service until today. I came in very excited and the girl with the nose piercings just gave us the worse attitude made me feel very stupid and I thought maybe she’s having a rough day but came to read the reviews and turns out this was not her first time. She also gave the rest of the customers a bad attitude. Very disappointing to see such rude person in such a lovely business :/

I’m not too sure what these recent reviews are saying but I can say with confidence that Zai’s has the best desserts and drinks in New Jersey! Everything there is always fresh and tasty. You can tell that everything Zai sells is made with love. I love stopping in on the weekends for a crepe or bubble waffle as well. The smores bars and cupcakes are always fresh and taste wonderful. I definitely recommend for anyone who has a sweet tooth in the Bergen County area

Small, cozy place that is beautifully decorated inside. The mango bubble tea that was delicious as well as macaroons. My favorite was the coconut macaroon. Cupcakes were $2.25 for a small one and each macaroon was $2.50. Overall, I felt desserts while delicious were small and pricey.

This mama finally had sometime to herself and treated herself to Zai’s today!! All I can say is wow! Got my cappuccino bubble tea oatmeal raisins and had try the delicious cappuccino macaron, the owner offered a “Rose water” macaron and said it was his fav. OMG the deliciousness!! I actually love Rose water and that macaron is my fav too now☺ So glad I took the time to come out and try, been wanting to for a while. ! The staff was very welcoming and service was prompt!
