Came from Columbus, GA and will absolutely be returning! Our server Magaly was SOOO wonderful!!! She was very sweet and exttemely attentive. She made conversation with the whole table and very good with keeping us comfortable. The food was absolutely phenomenal, portions were great and every bite was made perfect. You can tell this restaurant really takes pride in it’s work. It’s a great place for a date or for family, the environment is so welcoming and nice.

For 10+ years we went to Frontera when it was in John’s Creek until they closed down. This was always our favorite Mexican restaurant. We decided to go to this location for our Valentine’s Day dinner as a treat. We drove a little ways to get here and were surprised by the smaller portions.
**Normally when we would get the fajitas in Johns Creek they would have a good bit of meat on them. At this location we were shocked that it only had 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of steak. This is a $25 entrée. They filled the skillet up with a huge portion of beans and rice to give the illusion of a big portion.
We ordered an all steak fajita togo in hopes that maybe the kitchen just messed up the first one. Well we only got a few more pieces of steak.
This was very disappointing especially when the location that was closer to us, they gave you a big portion of steak and chicken and it was on the skillet by itself, the rice and beans were not still cooking on a skillet. We went into the Johns Creek location so much the whole staff knew us and we always had a wonderful experience. At this location they give you less food for what you pay for. Chili’s gives you more meat in your fajitas.
The only dish that wasn’t bad (except it used to come with rice AND beans, now you have to pay extra to have both) was the enchiladas.

Frontera food was great! Highly recommend it!!! Magaly was as a server was outstanding! And Juan an incredible Manager!!! I will go back to that Frontera every time I come back to Atlanta, all my family was super happy. The dishes flavor was excellent, the prices were fair and the portions huge. We had carne asada (very good) we had the burrito al carbon (excellent) the chicken fingers for my girls tasty and cooked well, we had the guacamole (it was good but still can improve) and the fried ice-cream (excellent) I really enjoyed the visit. Thx Magaly and Juan for making it so great and special!

Despite the plate (steak fajitas) being a touch skimpy on the meat (by Texas standards, this may be the norm here) I enjoyed my meal. The steak was cooked and seasoned very well, the service was quick and pleasant, and the specials seem solid. I would have given a 5 start review had my plate come with guacamole and a little more beef. All in all, I’m definitely going to come back and try another meal. My Server was Yinni and she was super friendly and quick. The vibe of the spot is good too.
Edit: I came back the next day and got service by Luisa A. She made Yinny look inexperienced by comparison! The staff here is great and the meal of the day (chicken burrito) actually hit the spot!

Leibis is very sweet, careful, and genuinely helpful when serving the food. The food is good overall, and the steak taco is super delicious—definitely a highlight. The ice cream is also very good and a perfect way to finish the meal. Highly recommend!
