The young women working were polite and gave me a drink coupon for future use. The store was clean and pleasant. My only gripe is that neither of the workers knew the wifi password, and I was hoping to get some work done. A good variety of donuts were available even though it was evening.
I only found one electrical outlet near one of the tables, so if you’re planning to stay for a while to work, just be aware of that.

Ordered 25 ct Munchkins in the Drive thru, I said assorted/mixed, i checked the box and it looked good. Went home and found out only 5 of those on top are the only ones assorted. The rest? (20pcs) they are all the same, and of course, the plain boring flavor that nobody ever orders. I love dunkin but not this branch!

I asked if the $6 meal would be cheaper without a drink (as I can’t drink coffee) and they just rang me up didn’t tell me the total and said pull forward. I asked during this horrible process that the sandwich be a croissant. See pic. To my surprise they also messed up order. Don’t go here

The donuts’ visual appeal from the case drew us in an unneeded donut adventure. We actually went for the connected Baskin-Robbins, but we decided to get donuts on our way out after looking at them from our table. They had a nice selection and tasted fine. I think they are a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The location was clean, and employees were friendly.

I went to Dunkin for a coffee. Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and when I received my drink it was milk and coffee no caramel. When I turned around to get it fixed all they did was put caramel in it. First off that is a health concern as we had already tried to coffee and they went ahead and added caramel then stirred it with the spoon they use to mix all coffees then placed the spoon back into the container where they use it on the next drink. Second the fact that it was not good would warrant them to remake the drink properly and not just add flavor. The service I was provided when I returned was all but professional. in addition I had paid cash for the drink and they refused to hand me a receipt. When I returned to the store the lady sighed when I handed her back the drink then after she added the caramel she handed it back and said there is that better. I have emailed customer service about the incident and they said we need a receipt to prove the purchase. The employee refused to give me the receipt and now I have no proof. This seems to be a new way to cheat people out of their hard earned money if you ask me. Always demand a receipt from this location even if you are just going to throw it away and test your drink before pulling away from the window.

This was such a pleasant Dunkin Donuts experience. The staff, especially Joseph was so kind and helpful. My Dad was looking to get a Diet Coke and they had run put up front and Joseph graciously offered to check in the back! His service was top notch and we will definitely be back while on our visit. Also this location had a nice seating area for us to enjoy our breakfast outside.

05/23/2021: The employees don’t multitask at all. They only help one customer at one time when the line is out the door. Came at 7:00 a.m. and we ordered at box of Boston cream donuts and they were hard as ROCKS. So basically they served me night before donuts at full retail price. No thank you go somewhere local if you can for the same price.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location as I’ve had only poor experiences and today was no different. I order a original blend coffee with no ice because I like to add my own protein milk and the $4 medium was half empty. I understand that it’s not going to be filled to the top but it shows me that your coffees are half ice half coffee for $4? This was the final straw I will never be back to this dunkin’.

I went through the drive through this afternoon ordering an iced hazelnut latte. This is what I was handed. It’s pure milk. Not a single drop of espresso in it. Disgusting. For $7.
