Don’t sleep on this place! May not look like much from the outside but the food was 10/10 and service was excellent, really kind friendly servers.

The place is a real dive from the outside, and when we walked in at 5:30 the dining room was empty but for a sign that said “no waitress tonight, see bartender for service.” We went in and found a table. The room was dimly lit, but not in a bad way. We had taken a picture of the specials on our way in and everything sounded good, but then a gal – the bartender? – popped in from another room and handed us one of the most extensive menus I’ve ever seen. It was honestly hard to decide, everything from frog legs to veal marsala, to deep fried burgers. We got a fresh mozzarella and tomato plate for the table, I got the crab stuffed mushrooms, my husband the French dip, and son the chili Mac with tots. No one left hungry! The service was slow but she warned of that, said it was just her and one cook running the whole place. We pulled out a deck of cards and played a game while we waited. They kindly brought our son’s food out first when it was ready. By the time we left at 7:00 every table was full and I can see why. What a fun little hidden gem!

We were recommended to try this place by the friendly folks over at Bill’s Bike Barn. We were told to come here and to see April and order the frog legs and the Voodoo Chicken pasta dish. We met April, Paula was our waitress she was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful with the beer selection and food choices. We loved our experience overall so much despite living 2 hours away, we plan on coming back! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Frog town was outstanding! My husband and his best friend have been telling me about the Frog town dry rub wings for years. And let me tell you….. unreal I will be dreaming about them. The entrees were another plus !! I had a steak with a side lobster tail and O M G !! We are foodies in my house and I can confirm that you do not want to skip this place!!!!! Our waitress was also amazing , we kept praising her all night. Overall a 10/10 night

I hate to judge a book by its cover but this place is definitely an exception to my rule. A perfect example of a restaurant with too big of scope. 50+ menu items. I’d rather see less items that are done well. We were seated directly under a dusty old loud air conditioner. Our waitress proceeded to turn it up immediately after we sat down. The coke was flat and tasted watered down. The waitress did not care and was inattentive the whole time. My chicken Parm was tough and chewy. The marinara tasted like it came out of a can. The chicken cheese steak was bland.
Overall a terrible experience.

The atmosphere was pleasant, with cheerful and efficient staff. They offered a great selection of dishes, including wings, seafood entrées, and lobster tail. The dress code is casual or business casual. I recommend making a reservation, as seating is limited.

This is one of these places you don’t walk from, you run. Got there, ordered and then left after waiting almost a hour for a Caesar salad and chili. Not a difficult order. Other customers came in after and were not only attended to but their complete meals were served. Very poor service. Server became more and more unattentive as time passed.

This place should be on diners, drive ins and dives. Very unassuming place that we decided to stop at last night on the drive back from Penn State. We sat at the bar and met some great people and the staff were very attentive and helpful with drink and food selections. My wife went with the voodoo chicken and the soup of the day and I had the hot honey wings and a bacon cheeseburger. Great food and everything was delicious. And the locals at the bar were great to chat with. Will definitely go back again!
