Orlando, the general manager, served us. We told him we wanted to be able to get to a 2:30p movie nearby and he took great care of us. Our food came out quickly and was enjoyed by my two nieces and me. Orlando was warm and friendly. He was always cleaning somewhere and making sure we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to be served by him. I’ve felt that over the years my experiences at nearby Friendly’s restaurants, from food quality to service and store upkeep have declined. My visit to this Friendlys Restaurant reminded me of why I’ve loved coming to Friendlys since my youth. Orlando’s store was clean, the service provided by him was excellent and I will be bypassing the Friendlys in my town to come to his store. My 7 yr old niece loves Friendlys and it is her favorite restaurant. I always dreaded having to take her but Orlando and his team have changed my opinion. This is the store I will happily bring my niece to visit. Thank You and Happy New Year!

We came here for dessert after having dinner next door. I love how this location has a side that is just for ice cream. It has a little nook you can sit and enjoy your treat, a patio for when the weather is nice, and you don’t have to mess with waiting on a server.
The sundaes were great! I have the Mint Cookie Sundae and my honey had the Peanut Butter one. Both were amazing!

I personally don’t typically make reviews, but I was with my family for my birthday and they may have done one, but a kind server named Orlando was truly awesome and made the experience so much better. My family felt so comfortable and felt a nice atmosphere and clean environment. Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Our recent dining experience at the restaurant was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and delightful food. Anne, our server, was a whirlwind of efficiency, managing to be both attentive and kind despite the bustling atmosphere. Orlando, who was overseeing the floor, ensured everything ran smoothly and was quick to assist whenever needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish crafted to perfection. Our nieces were particularly thrilled with their meals, and the ice cream dessert was a hit with everyone at the table. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, grateful for an awesome experience.

Check your receipt carefully and make sure they give you a receipt. Yesterday I stopped in there with my daughter and ordered two ice creams to go. They rang me up but didn’t offer a receipt nor was there a tablet for a tip amount. I felt it was strange but didn’t really think twice about it because I was more focused on the fact that my daughter got a Jim Dandy and was told afterwards that there were no bananas left. I don’t know what the difference between that and a regular sundae is. I myself ordered a Reese’s Pieces sundae and kept commenting to my daughter that it tasted like it was off. The two sundaes came to $19.30. This morning I login to check for something on my credit card and I see that there are two charges one for the $19.30 and one for $5. I immediately became suspicious that this was the reason why I was not offered a receipt. I left a message for the corporate office online as well as called to speak with local management who to this point have not called me back. I now I’m showing a combined pending charge for $24.30. Not only was the product poor but it appears that an unauthorized tip was also added to my credit card. Hopefully I’ll receive a response back from somebody because I’ll be disputing this charge.

Talk about old school living in reminiscence but with a current lineup..I haven’t had Friendly’s in yeeears. I was nearby and saw the restaurant and said yippie, let’s see if they’re open.
I had Alexa as my waitress..couldn’t decide what I wanted but had it narrowed down to a choice of 2; the Philly Melt or the Cool Ranch Chopped Burger. Told her that I wanted her to pick and don’t tell me what it was..just bring it out and that’ll be lunch. She did and she chose the Cool Ranch Chopped Burger..o..m..g..cooked perfectly, seasoned great and just enough cheese, jalapeños and chips to make it a full meal for the burger by itself..not counting the fries that came with it **fries were on the cold side, but it’s not their fault**
You get the free happy ending sundae, so I got it with mint chocolate chip..a childhood favorite of mine.
Overall…I will gladly make this a weekly trip here..definitely a 9.7/10..bathrooms were clean.
I said about the fries being cold…it feels about 40° in here but factor in that it’s 100° outside…again, not their fault.

I took my special needs sister here on Sunday (today) and she actually did very well because it was in busy we were the only people when we first got there around 2:00 and then a couple more families with kids came in there was only one server but she did a great job seeing as my sister gets stressed out if there’s a long wait! I highly recommend we go support our local businesses! And take your family or kids for ice cream because everybody always loves ice cream
