Fries were old and cold. I remember when zips took pride in their food. Papa joe was also old, staged meat, and very salty. Shakes have been inconsistent. Tried calling to talk to someone, but phone just keeps going to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. What a shame

After eating at this over priced restaurant many times. I noticed that there was 2 tax payer funded EV plug ins for your hybrid in the parking lot. I recently purchased a hybrid and have stopped by to plug in at the location a few times on my way home from the local VA.Today the Owner of the zips came out and accosted me and accused me of using HIS plug in and HIS electricity in HIS parking lot without buying his over priced food.The EV stations are paid for by my tax dollars.I made a point to support his establishment and donate a few bucks with the QR donation code hanging on the EV parking sign almost every time I’ve been there.I will never eat at this Zips ever again.

This zips is absolutely disgusting all the tables were dirty, the fry sauce tasted rancid, the tartar sauce had a funky yellow to it, they didn’t even have ketchup, all the napkin holders we sitting empty on all the tables, the men’s restroom had a broken toilet seat that wasn’t even attached to the toilet the women’s toilet would not flush ether (so no working bathroom between the men’s and women’s) If you want a better zips experience the 5 mile one is so much better. I will not be returning to this location.

I frequently eat at a near by Zips but heard this Zips specifically has multiple amazing ice cream decisions from oreo ice cream sandwiches to flavor swirl ice cream cones, hands down the best location in all of Spokane…dont tell my Zips i said that, lol.
