Melissa waited on us today and she was amazing! Not only did she help keep our little ones with coloring and being silly but she ran a packed dining room like it was the easiest thing in the world. The restaurant was clean and the food came out fast and delicious. I will be definitely be back for the good service along with amazing shakes and sundaes. Try the chocolate peanut butter lava cake things it’s life changing!!!

Well this will be the last time we come here. My fiancé got RAW chicken in his Buffalo chicken wrap. I got a chicken quesadilla, but didn’t want to chance eating it if it wasn’t cooked fully because I am pregnant & that could be deadly.

Friday night Walked in the door at 858pm, waited at the hostess desk for over 5 minutes, and when approached at 905pm waitress tells us that the restaurant part closed at 9 and only the ice cream window is open. The website says friendlys is open til 10pm. Lost 2 regular customers who were excited and prepared to spend whatever cost for 2 meals and were going to purchase friendlys items like a frisbee, chip clip, and mug that we saw when waiting for someone to come greet us. A slap in the face from friendlys that legit hurt. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve always been a huge fan of friendlys chicken tenders!! They’re delicious! So every once in a while, my daughter and I will order food from here & pick it up. The food is absolutely delicious, every time. But like everything else in this world, I have noticed the prices climbing. It’s still worth it. Enjoy!

Came here after a celebration at cask n flagn. My wife ordered a sundae and I ordered a simple M&M friendz with vanilla ice cream. We waited 15 minutes to get our ice cream and the people after us who ordered got theirs before us.. ridiculous. The picture is how much my friendz was filled when I received it. Avoid this friendlys if you’re looking for good service. 7pm on 8/21.

Grew up going to the Friendlys in West Roxbury all the time. Love the Friendly Franks!! Now, I’m 50 years old and have taken each of my 5 kids to the Friendlys in Hanover and Pembroke. Sad to see so many closing & hope Pembroke stays open. Great breakfast too!!

The servers and employees were great. Teenagers and an older lady named Donna I believe- all doing their best during a really busy night. The manager was awful. She was picking on the employees in front of the customers, making fun of them for being “teenagers and senior citizens” and just being awful to them in front of us. It was so uncomfortable.
