We had a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious. The service was absolutely perfect. In fact, I might even say she went above and beyond her duty. She was kind enough to explain things to us, because we were new, and even help me figure out a drink option that wasn’t something they typically made. I definitely will be returning.

UPDATE: Changing my rating to reflect how impressed I am that James, the director of operations, personally called me to inquire about my experience. He assured me that my feedback regarding quality was highly regarded and committed to fixing some of those issues in the future (juices were not properly mixed, containers not full, consistency and flavor poor). This commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional, and I will definitely be going back to give the juice refresh another try.
ORIGINAL POST: We’ve loved Fresh for years and frequent it often—delicious and healthy food! But with Adrian leaving this location to serve as manager at the new location, there has definitely been a drop in service quality. My 3 day juice refresh was made 2 days prior to when I scheduled to pick it up, and the manager insisted that it would be fine to sit at the restaurant 48 hours prior to pickup.
Paying over $100 for 3 days worth of juice is steep when you know that you’re missing nutritional benefits since it’s only shelf stable for a max of 72 hours. The quality was definitely affected. Adrian always had the juice made the day it was to be picked up. Disappointed that the new manager wouldn’t do the same per my request.

I was in town for work and found this place. It has many healthy diet friendly options. Staff was very polite and helpful.The food was absolutely fresh and delicious If you are looking for REAL food this is it! Definitely will be back when I pass thru or I am in town.

Weird location to get to but WORTH IT! Employees were so sweet, avocado toast was perfect. Smoothie was excellent and healthy and not too sweet. And the little protein balls were fantastic! Maybe they will give me the recipe A little pricey, but good healthy food is always worth it.

My wife and I ate here Friday night and we were “wow’d” by the whole experience! This place is spotless clean, and the service was professional and courteous. I ordered the tuna melt and vegetable soup and was honestly blown away on how great it was. We will be back soon, this is a hidden gem for Cape but as word gets out it will be a favorite for the city. Seriously, it’s healthy and low calorie (and taste phenomenal) and I’m putting this place way on top of my list over the nasty fast food (high calorie, unhealthy restaurants) out there. Give it a try! You will thank me
