The solo worker was very pleasant and helpful. The lentil burger was flavorful and delicious. That was the softest and freshest pita bread that I have ever tasted. I will repeat this restaurant. Lots of choices!

Great casual spot for dine in or takeout! Our first visit since the new owners took over, and they nailed it! Gyros and pizzas were our favorite. Definitely recommend dine in so that you experience the fresh warm pita’s. Owners were inviting and generous. Soft Mediterranean music playing in the background. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good.
The bad: I’ve only been here once, but will be back again, and the time I went, the service was painfully slow, it took over 2 hours for us to get our food. There was only one employee working, and this was on a Friday night. I don’t blame her, she did the best she could, but was overwhelmed with walk in customers, internet, and call in orders. The poor lady was running the register, answering the phone, making the food, with no help whatsoever.
The good: The food was fantastic! Between myself and my friends, we had pizza, a vegan gyro, and the vegan burger. My vegan friends said it was some of the best they ever had, and the non-vegan pizza I had was pretty darn good as well.
The lone employee, despite literally doing everything herself, was super friendly and apologized repeatedly for the long wait. She was in a tough situation, but definitely handled it better than I would have. I would have walked.
To the owner/ manager of Fresca on Addison: This would have been a five star review. Don’t leave one employee in there by herself on a Friday night. Or eventually you’ll find yourself with no customers or employees to worry about.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan options! Everyone was super friendly and it was clear that all the food was made fresh. The “chicken” salad sandwich with arugula was great, as was the curried butternut squash soup. My kids didn’t even notice the difference with the pepperoni pizza, and all the food came out quickly. Highly recommend whether you’re vegetarian or not!

Coming from a person who has never tried vegan food and only recently got curious about it thanks to a netflix documentary, I will say I am highly impressed. The meat substitutions really do an amazing job of making me think its actually meat. Everything was full of flavor and delightful to the eyes. The owners were very informative and helpful. An absolute gem in the Cary st area. Try it, you wont regret it.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to try something new and fresh and that’s exactly what we received here! Refreshing atmosphere with friendly down to earth staff and excellent food. We both had Creamy mustard potato salad, The Roasted Veggie pizza with thick crust, and curry veggie tacos and all I can say is that we were blown away, definitely exceeded our expectations! Wonderful restaurant. I’m a vegan that just moved to the richmond area. This is one of the first restaurants that my spouse and I have tried. Its great! Prices are amazing, pizza is delicious and so are the burgers! I like the california burger most. Also just tried their vegan lasagna and it’s some of the best vegan lasagna you will ever try!! Great place run by two guys that give great service and clearly love what they do!

I am obsessed with this place! Specifically their Chicken Gyro! The key to happy customers is the music too, they always have the best global music and reggae so the vibes are always proper! I have seen some of the same smiles here for years and used to come for their Vegan options …. During the pandemic it appears we all brought meat back to the board and WOW their chicken is incredible! Can’t praise this place enough !
