Our weekly bike ride, The Bentonville Town Tour, stopped by today with nearly 50 avid fans of Culvers custard.
We had called in the morning saying we would have approximately 25 cyclists showing up around 3:00 pm.
Despite having twice as many as expected, Steve and is team had dessert in everyone’s hands in record time.
We highly recommend the Bentonville Culvers Restaurant. Not only is their food fantastic, but the entire team was amazing. Thanks for making our tour even better today!

Quite disappointed with my visit to this location. I regularly go to this location specifically because I always get good food and service, but this time around I ordered a bacon deluxe and got no bacon and the bottom bun is soggy and cold. Nothing like paying a $1.50 extra for bacon just to not get it and a soggy bun.

As a valued customer I must share this review.
On three different occasions,
I’ve gotten overly salted fries.
I’ve had hair in my burger & fries.
I’ve had extremely hot fries that have burned my tongue for more than 24 hours.
I don’t know why in particular I’ve encountered these scenarios, but it’s frustrating & I would truly like a better service.
Please do better, Thank you!

Consistently delicious. Every. Time. Reasonsbly priced. I have been happy with my food every time I’ve ordered. Real, genuine Wisconsin cheese on their burgers! Yes, you can actually taste the difference. Culver’s has become my new go-to, my guilty pleasure. I love this restaurant. Absolutely exceptional place to eat. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We spent close to 50 bucks 3 meals. 1st time trying them .the brocholli soup was dreadful very watered no thickness or flavour the only good thing was 2 pieces of cod fish .sons chicken strip basket was awful he didnt care for it .daughter liked her burger not chilli fries .was not great at all for the price spent .

Update: We dined in with our daughter and again I was just so pleased. The staff was absolutely amazing! The dining room was so clean and probably the nicest dining area I’ve seen in a fast food place. The manager came over and chatted with us and even showed our daughter how to get a scoop of custard with her kid’s meal. We love Culver’s!
We just went through the drive thru. We were in a hurry to get to an event in Oklahoma. We were running behind and also hungry. I made the quick decision to get food here so we could get on our way. Culver’s service was quick and the food also didn’t disappoint!
We were able to get in with our trip and had hot fresh onion rings and fries to munch with our double patty burgers.
