It’s now called ” BASS” it’s no longer “THE FREEZE”. I only bought 2 apple crisps,they were too sweet for me. My husband loved it. I’ve heard that the chicken was “THE” best around,better than some of these big chain restaurants. I will be checking for it!!!! Prepare for long lines.

Stopped in around noon on a Saturday. We were told they had unsweetened tea but, no sweet tea. They also had no chicken tenders and our order was not correct after receiving it. Order was sent back and was still incorrect. By this point we were so frustrated items left off the order were told to be forgotten as they seemed to be floating in space somewhere along with the minds of the workers. Very disappointing and the fried chicken was nothing to write home about as it was dry and very chewy. My family will not be returning!

It’s hard to live up to the expectations that the “Original” Freez owners have etched into the minds of the locals but I have to say that the current owners are doing a great job. Food is good and we still get the same Freez experience. They even added a few new things. Change never hurt anybody.. … If they continue this level of service, they will definitely do nothing less than succeed.

This place use to be great. Now its ridiculously over priced and the food is not worth the price they charge. I bought 2 hamburgers with only mustard and ketchup with a large fry and I guess it was a regular size sweet tea and it was $10.50. The fries are always soggy and cold and let’s not start on those weak itty bitty patties they call hamburgers. If your going to charge a price like that at least get some better quality products. I will never spend another dime at that place.

Today I went to the Freeze for the second time under the proprietorship of the Parker’s. The customer service was very good in both visits. The slow cooked Turkey BBQ sandwich is a hit. I’ve to say that the Pizza Burger falls below the standard that was set by the original owners of the Freeze.

Went for lunch on a weekday afternoon. Wait was longer than I anticipated, but it’s not really fast food. You make your order at one of the two windows give your name and wait until they call you. Bit frustrating trying to anticipate how long. Our wait was about twenty minutes for two orders. Meal was freshly cooked. Good chicken.

If you gave time to wait and want some good food, stop and freeze a moment in time. Your taste buds will thank you! This was an overall pleasant experience my only complaint is that my dinner wasn’t priced with a drink and my hotdogs all-the-way didn’t come with slaw.

Long wait for just okay chicken. The low sanitation grade should scare most people off. Chicken was dry and overcooked. They do serve the chicken fresh I understand waiting for fresh food but the wait in the empty diner was ridiculous. Will not return.

Place was packed. Went in about 5:14pm for dairy treats. Soon as we got the cone of ice cream and immediately went outside it melted and ran all ran all down my hand, wrist and everywhere… I had to trash it. My other family members came out with shakes and they were so messy all around the cup. I believe in buying local but does local support me?
