This is the absolute best place I’ve ever been. The food is divine and fresh. We had the Copper River Salmon. Excellent. The Chocolate Huckleberry Martini fabulous. The side salad was fresh. Seriously the best food and service and a absolute great place! Our lovely waitress Rose gives the absolute best service. She is so kind and cared and paid attention to our three year old which never happens. Rose truly thank you don’t ever stop being the wonderful person you are!! We will definitely be back for more! You can not silence the employees that cared about the success of this restaurant. After cleaning house and terminating the very core and heart of our opening team today who have had the PASSION to make a difference and succeed, it totally breaks my heart. We were duped by so called Christian’s as owners of the Hilton Garden Inn. I pray that you do not ruin people’s livelihoods moving into the future. God bless our wonderful team that has been forced to make a decision to work for people that do not care about them, but about the bottom dollar. With no experience in the food and beverage industry they gave their false trust in 2 people who are fully capable of success, they have returned a part of the consulting team that they fired after doing nothing for over a year AND took them financially for God has no idea how much, they are returning. Not one of the core team has taken advantage of their business as these people did, and yet, they have brought them back.

Amazing food!! The bone marrow is something I wouldn’t have tried but is beyond words!! Then the duck wings were amazing!!! I will never eat another chicken wing!! Steak is phenomenal!! No sauce needed!! I could keep going as I’ve had the whole menu!! The executive chef Jess and his team. Jeans and Chad have put together this amazing menu with consistent results, regardless when you visit!!

I’ve been all over the place eating food, all over the world different cuisines, all of them were good. This was literally the best food and experience we have had in montana and definitely top 5 out of everywhere we’ve ever been. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Tomahawk for 2 is more than worth it. Don’t be scared by the price. Your paying for a ton of food and a great experience you will never forget. Best date night my wife and I have had!

The bar has an amazing atmosphere, service, food and drinks. I had the burger and it was cooked to perfection as well as the huckleberry brûlée which was delicious. Also the pineapple margarita was very good. 10/10 and our bartender Anthony was awesome. Will definitely be coming back again.
