Spectacular location with the most helpful and courteous employees! “Julie and Rachel” were true Rockstars! We had to grab numerous pizzas for a grieving family at a hospital nearby! From phoning the order in to picking the order up, they couldn’t have made it any easier! The taste and temperatures of the pizzas were perfect, as expected! The facility was clean and to notch! No waiting here. Order ahead and pick up on the run! Thank you again and this is the only Little Ceasars location we’ll continue to use!

I was over charged. The menu price and the receipt price are two different prices when there were already menu price corrections I’m unsure why this was not corrected. The menus are an electric screen I’m not sure why you’d tape paper over a screen. The location was very dirty and they were out of the thin crust and they had zero fresh and ready pizzas. When a man tries to buy wings , then cheese bread they literally told.him you don’t want these and he said yes I do and they threw it away anyway. Service was not ideal. There needs to be a better management put in place to better execute cleaning, proper ordering for.the needs of the restaurant and retrain staff to the minimum brand standards.

I’ve eaten here already several times over the last year. Each time I have been pretty satisfied with what I get. I know I am one of the big fans of crazy bread. Usually can’t resist to get one as if I order a pizza. It would be nice to have some kind of fresh made dessert instead of the prepackaged ones.

Walked in a little after noon, since the N Oak location didn’t have any hot and ready and I got terrible customer service over there I decided to come here. The gentlemen was more welcoming.. I will say that. I placed my order but he didn’t tell me there would be a wait until after I paid for it. I honestly think it’s a little weird neither locations had any pizzas hot and ready to go at lunch time. This location was also filthy! I could see boxes pre-boxed like I was at a Pizza Hut. (Corporate says this is a huge NONO) I used to AST GM a few stores in Iowa so I know!

Last night called in an order. Went to location and this poor lady was so short staffed. She apologized over and over and was letting ppl know statuses of orders. She was literally there with one other individual but this lady unknown but has bright pink hair. Literally busted butt preparing, cooking, boxing and getting orders out the door. Very nice lady. I almost wanted to help. So this is to let u know ur hard work does not go un noticed. You rocked it last night. Everyone was patient as well as she had at one time 10 customers all standing in the lobby. Thank you pink haired pizza maker.

The food is good but the service is terrible. I’ve been to this location a few times now and they have never had any “Hot N Ready”. There’s always been at least a 20 min wait. They have plenty of staff but nobody is ever working. I waited 30 min for a pizza just to be handed one that had been sitting in the heater since before I arrived. On this occasion, the girl picked at her nose ring for a while before resting on the open pizza boxes to use her phone then of course put someones food in those boxes.

Wish I could give this location zero starts for service. It always seems like I’m inconveniencing someone when I order the food, it always takes at least ten minutes even when I order just one pepperoni pizza, and last time I was in, the manager and an employee got in a fight at the front counter because the employee got off work with the excuse of being in jail that night.

I understand inflation is happening, but other pizza places are pricing similar. This is still a quick option if they aren’t slammed with orders. Pizza was decent last time. One pizza under cooked, one over cooked and cold, bread sticks cold and under cooked. Dirt on the screen where they hold the orders. It isn’t that old of a place to be this dirty on the front of the store.

Place is dirty looking and the manager is rude. Walked in waited 10 minutes before he yelled from the back with a nasty attitude that it would be 45 minutes before he would take our order, I’m surprised they have a 3.2 rating, it should be at a 1.
