Very good night…. I had fun. It was fresh and very clean. Great prices and awesome service. They also got pool tables. Maybe next time I visit I’ll play a game or 2. If you like the Oregon lottery then this is the place to play video poker they got machines.

Do not go to Free Loader!!! Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dive bar!! I stopped by as I was passing through Salem for lunch Saturday. Bar tender was very unprofessional. Very disrespectful and hostile to customers like she hated her job and the bar had this bad odor. We ended up not staying long and got food elsewhere.

One of my favorite bars! Amanda Is a pretty rad bartender and has impeccable service. I highly recommend! Also they have pool and darts! Pretty low key during weekdays, always poppin on the weekends and dart league but I don’t remember what days. I’ve had some pretty good hits on the machines there too. All in all It feels like home away from home ❤️ (p.s: you HAVE to try the Mac n cheese bites!)

I am a local navy veteran and ILove the dive bar and we love our servers. We are regulars. However, that is the only reason why the loaders even getting any stars. Because you have 5 star bartenders such as Shelby, Bree, and Amanda. NO HAPPY HOURS, NEVER ANY SPECIALS. They do have pool and darts tho. However, the bar not use the second table due to the pool league. But I have spoken to the main person several times and he has told me that is not true. So also please open that second pull table. Furthermore, all events need to be clean. They do not circulate their friar air. Sometimes it is so smoky. My clothes smell and eyes are watering. That’s also how to do with changing out the frying oil appropriately followingfood health standards.
Our lovely and outstanding Bartenders have tried to do specials hence for thier customers and they get shot down by Loader’s management. Owners have also taken away the birthday and to buy someone a drink boards. The owners seem that you’re not wanting to put any effort into that particular bar for whatever reason as they do not care. What’s wrong with the couple of happy hours, And daily specials. Many local taverns have many allcalades and customer appreciation: Magoos has their free popcorn and free shuffle board With happy hour and daily specials with great food, Captain’s bar off of pine: They have $1.50 PBR happy hours $2 off Happy hour any beer 7pm until close. They also have a board of rotating beers and ciders for people to choose from and add hashmarks of people who choose and whatever wins that will be the next rotating tap. Come on Loaders, Something to include your customers to show your love and appreciation for them. Please add Facebook and Instagram for your followers.

Didn’t eat, stopped in to regroup, stretch, and refresh. Out of towner but the atmosphere was fun, friendly and not uninviting, the sounds of people enjoying themselves, chatting, and decompressing from their days made for a familiar environment in an unfamiliar place. Good job.

I’m sure this is a great place although I have never been there nor do I know where it is. Google algorithm has gone crazy and asks me to review places multiple times and also review places that happen to be on a street I happen to travel on. If you get a chance check this place out I don’t drink so I’m not sure if I’ll get there but I’m sure they would appreciate your business.

The bar food is not good. Most of the bartenders are very kind, and it’s a fun atmosphere for the most part. Great place to play pool or darts. It’s definitely not a fancy place, but good times.
