Wish I had gotten the young man’s name ! He was so nice and conversational. Kept talking and smiling and complimented me. Definitely the best Customer Service I’ve had in a minute from a Starbucks. I recommend this place. Fast and yet the listen to your requests. It was also. I’ve getting one local to Carthage.

Starbucks isn’t somewhere I usually go anymore but I needed some coffee. The drink was ok, the coffee they use is not my favorite but a lot of people like it! The service was ok, nothing horrible happened but definitely could have been better as well. I had to go back and remind them of my food and they were not super busy. Not a big deal at all but when you work in customer service, how you react to those situations is important. The atmosphere is your typical Starbucks. Very clean and a pleasant experience all together.

This Starbucks is legitimately good. I am not a Starbucks fan and prefer locally owned coffee shops, but I tried this one on a Sunday when all the other shops were closed and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the pecan fall flavor and it was smooth and excellently made. I’ve gone a few more times and it has been consistent every time. It’s not just a good coffee for a Starbucks, it’s just good coffee.

While visiting Carthage I accidently put in a drink order to my local store. When I realized as I sat in the Carthage Starbucks I wasn’t quite sure what to do. The barristas were though! They called my local Starbucks, made the order for me, and were so nice! I really appreciated their kindness!!!!!

Went to redeem my birthday reward today and the team member in the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about. He scanned my app and when I mentioned the birthday reward he told me I’ve already been charged. I tried to tell him again that I wanted to use my birthday reward and he basically was like too bad, I’ve charged your account. He was very rude at this point so I just said forget it: and he was like “ok!” He did not care…
Guess it’s a good thing Carthage has many other coffee options!

This morning I was very disappointed with the iced lavender oat latte that I decided to try. The flavor was alright but I noticed a lot of grainy sediment in the bottom of the cup. I tried using a straw but it just didn’t cut it. I’ll skip this one in the future.

I went this morning for a caramel macchiato with an extra shot and light milk and they told me they could do light milk but the cup wouldn’t be full all the way? And asked if that would be okay? And then said they would just put extra ice in? So I said just nevermind obviously, and then I drank my drink half way before I saw white stuff floating around in it, I don’t really drink milk I’m lactose intolerant hence the light milk, so I had my roommate try it and they said it was bad 😐 I had higher hopes for the Starbucks in town.
