It would be five stars for food but they don’t have pineapple for their pizza. That being said, it’s still great pizza. The service was also fantastic. Glad we stopped and next time will try their pasta.

Sat in this place for an hour and 36 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready. For some reason they told me 15 minutes … for it to be an hour and 51 minutes to get a large pizza and fries. That’s it . great food. Love this place but they have their times way off and had almost probably 20 people in the waiting room all waiting for extended periods of time

We always look forward to coming here with the family. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient every time. Portions are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable. The restaurant is Italian-owned and always maintains a truly always fresh and authentic taste. A great place to relax, enjoy a good meal, and feel welcomed.

Good selection of Italian foods and service was very good; the server was friendly and very sociable. Prices are a little high, but the portions are big. The setting is nice, but keep in mind it was very crowded. The desserts are very good and freshly made, and the sizes are huge. Real Italian ownership, and everyone is nice. This place can getting busy, between take out and dining in on weekends…so be prepared.

Even though I had driven by many times and seen numerous vehicles in the parking lot, this was the first time eating there.
Real fire oven thin crust pizzas, fresh salads, other excellent menu items.
A great locals place less than 300 yards off of Route 1, with easy exit and access to Rt 1.
WILL be going back often.

My family and I went to this place for dinner after seeing it by the house we were staying at on vacation. We were compelled by the mixed and interesting reviews left on google and decided to give it a try. To say it short, this place was amazing. The service and food were great and filling, we had lots to take home for a family of 4.
To start, the lady at the front who checked us in was sweet and made fun small talk while we waited to be seated. We didn’t wait for long, because soon after we got in (it was somewhat busy) we were seated by a nice woman, Renee. She took our drink orders and was extremely nice and funny. Our drinks came quickly and we ordered with no problems.
Our appetizer plate was delicious and gave a taste of multiple different options for an appetizer that all tasted amazing. The main courses were nothing less than perfect. The pizza (half cheese half chicken bacon ranch) was cooked to perfection and the crust was fluffy. The carbonara, lasagna, and bolognese pastas were flavorful and I’m sad to say we had a lot to take home. We had plenty of garlic knots that had lots of garlic on them and were tasty.
The cheesecake was a classic New York style and just what you would expect. It was not very crowded for a Friday night and the portion sizes were huge. The cost for all the food we got was also good, we ordered many big courses and got a great price for it. My family is very happy with this and I highly, highly recommend Fredrica’s Pizza and Pasta House if you are in the area and need somewhere for lunch or dinner.

I happened upon this restaurant driving to the beach. So glad that I did! The food is wonderful. The pizza that I had is the thin NY style. Exactly like NY! Delicious. I also tried the eggplant parmasan which comes with a pasta and salad.I had the cheese tortellini with red sauce. Delicious. The sauce is truly Italian. I lived in Italy for 8 years and am Italian American. Trust me, I know. I also tried the Tira Mi Su. Perfect. Also a similarly made dessert made with Almond instead of coffee. Heavenly.
The cannolli is just like what I’ve had in Sicily. It’s worth the trip to the little town of Frederica to eat here. We stopped both directions. Going and leaving Bethany. I take Rt 1 to Baltimore to avoid the Bay Bridge. It’s worth the extra 27 mins to eat here!
