Amber is the only employee here I’ve ever had a good experience with. Long wait cold food moody managers no sympathy or empathy when it comes to wait times. No split payments. Half the stalls are closed. And ALWAYS forget to take the pickles and onions off that I ALWAYS ask for.

Waited an HOUR for 4 items. There was no communication. Staff told us they lost our receipt 30 minutes into our wait time. Honest communication about wait times/refund on items or coupons would’ve been appreciated. Terrible service, management needs to step it up.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 pretty basic drinks I was very kind a patient (I work in food I get it) I even called and let them know I was there in case the app was messing up. I waited an additional 10 minutes. Got fed up and had to go to the drive through sat at the drive though with no other cars and waited another 3 mins to ask what we need just for them to hand me my drinks right as we got there. Why was I waiting for over 20 minutes if they were done? I used to love this sonic it was my go to now it’s going downhill.

If I could give zero I would. Everything is reheated by the time you get there. My hot dog was hard?? And my jalepeno cheddar bites are obviously refried to warm them up, they’re hard as pucks.

Horrible experience! Popcorn chicken is just hard as rock with no meat except for dry hard pieces that may resemble chicken but to hard to eat to be sure. Ordered a pretzel and asked for cheese, because haven’t gotten it twice before. They told me it comes with cheese…..of course none in bag. So had to flag down worker because they wouldn’t respond to button pushed again.

I sat in the car bay for thirty minutes, it took me calling inside to let them know my machine kept going off. She came out twice cua she went to the wrong car the first time.
