I have never been to Freddy’s before and I absolutely fell in love!! The atmosphere and food are great but what really pushed the experience was the guy running the register! He made our experience!! He was very funny, kind, professional and really seemed like he enjoyed what he did!
The place was really clean! Food came out pretty!!
Again I cant say enough about the team that was working when we went!! They all seemed to enjoy what they do and you can tell by the vibe of the restaurant! We will definitely be back!!

Either we hit after a MAJOR rush or this location was understaffed. The place was definitely dirty… Most of the tables were dirty.
The expeditor/assembly person was super busy cleaning in between orders. You could see him never slacking. My husband did not like not being able to see his eyes since his cap was pulled down so far on his forehead he had to tip his whole head back to read the order screen, but since he was doing his job well I didn’t see the issue; he was obviously confidant with wearing it that way. The order taker was pleasant.

Came into this Freddy’s in durango and wow I was very impressed when u walk in you are greeted by almost all the staff and the front counter people were so polite and welcoming they recommended the California burger and the new hot chocolate frost it was amazing and the time the food came out was super fast and accurate the gentleman giving use our food was very nice asked if we wanted fry sauce and condiments wow so nice to see people take pride in there work and the manager was great asked my group a couple times how we were doing even took our trays wen we were done superb service good job durango

They have the best pup cups ever! Their staff is always friendly but the food has made me sick twice so we don’t eat there anymore. The burger I got last time was not even cooked… it looked like they put it on the grill for about 10 seconds, flipped it, let it sit for another 10 seconds & put it on the bun. It was pretty gross. Their custard is always good though… my kids love the “dirt n worms” sundae!

Typical burger place. Appeared very clean. My meal was peppery, if you like that, I don’t. The ice cream sunday was above average. The mini was a perfect size for when you want something sweet but not too much.

Used to deal with Freddy’s a lot in Denver. Way better than this location to say the least. As you can see in one of the pictures it clearly states free original double when you download the app so I got out of line, sat aside to get the app downloaded. Once I downloaded the app I got back in line and asked how to claim the deal they’re advertising. After hearing the hole I have to talk with my manager thing I was told after 4 minutes of holding the lineup there was nothing they could do. Not sure what the manager’s name is but I have been a manager in retail many years myself and in these situations when somebody says they’re from out of town and they are trying to claim a deal. Usually it’s just better to give it to the customer to keep them happy and the line flowing. Came out super salty after all the upset. Other Freddy’s locations I might recommend. This one however I might advise to stay away from. Kids on the grill unfortunately don’t know what they’re doing and the management is so so. Read my other reviews I have no problem praising a business when they do well but I have no problem putting them down when they don’t meet expectations.

We stopped by this location Saturday night Ict 4th around 7 PM before starting our long drive back to Arkansas. We eat at Freddy’s every chance we get, there’s not one in our hometown. The food was very good as an always but what stood out was the customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, greeting everyone coming in and thanking everyone leaving. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. The world needs more people like him. Thanks
