I got the Patty Melt meal. When I got the burger, it looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu board. The meat was much thinner and the toppings were very scant at best. At $14, there is no excuse for this. I’ve eaten there a few times and none of the burgers look nothing like the ones one the menu board or in there in-store video advertising.

I can’t really say too much about the atmosphere because mine was a to-go order. The food was really good though. High quality smashburgers! And don’t let me get started on the milkshakes and frozen drinks! The shoelace fries were a little thin for my liking but that’s what they are called so nothing unexpected.

Ordered to go and I have to say this place is up there with the top burger spot. Burger was very good especially with Jalapeños. Fries had great seasoning. Tots were nice a crispy. The food is amazing to me but tonight I’m trying to order on the app at like 9:25 and it’s not letting me make a order it’s saying the store is closed or something so I go up there they’re still working the drive-thru is closed so I call you guys and I get hung up on. I would like to update my review of Freddy’s. They are on par with their pricing. Their burgers and hotdogs are fantastic. Their service is top notch. We had only gone once in the first couple of years that they were open, we now go often and the experience is amazing. Great food, great custard, great customer service. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

If I could give a minus star review I would. I spent $52 on 3 people food.
First the positive, the concrete ice creams were good.

It was TERRIBLE!
The fries for old and cold, the onion rings were so burnt that my friend who eats everything and anything, would not touch them they got thrown in the trash.
We got 1 kids burger, it looked and tasted like the meat was old and the mustard was running off of it in a pool, I’m assuming to help cover up the fact that it was old meat.
We got the brisket burger and the bacon cheeseburger, they both looked identical and they were both about a thick as a piece of notebook paper.
The food simply was just bad and it tastes good and it looks good it was the poorest quality I was totally shocked and very disappointed

We were waiting to meet someone and had a few minutes. Decided to grab a treat. It really hit the spot. Great service and our custards were made perfectly. Plenty of toppings.

After traveling an hour to eat at this establishment the disappointment set in. My mom ordered the chicken club sandwich which has cheese and bacon. She received an the sandwich with a small sliver of bacon and unmelted cheese. She asked the server at the pick up area if the cheese was able to be melted…his response was there was no way to melt the cheese. The rest of us ordered cheeseburgers that was received with melted cheese AND my mom’s sandwich had toasted buns…this answer was out of laziness. I rated the resturant a 3 star because the atmosphere was clean and had a great music selection.
