Stopped by for dinner. They had issues with their electronic ordering system but Alyssa took our order anyway. Our dinner was delivered to our table and Alyssa even came by to make sure everything was fine. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious! Even the fries were fresh and hot. They had a line of orders for frozen custard but got it out quickly. The seating area was very clean with Staff picking up the trays and baskets from the waste receptacles when customers left. Well done Alyssa and Staff. We will be back!

I used to love coming here and haven’t been able to lately. Had a chance to tonight – what a letdown. Not only was my order wrong (meaning over half of it couldn’t be eaten and was thrown away due to dietary restrictions), but the burgers were on the verge of soggy. No crispy edge, they weren’t even smashed – just two soft chunks of meat on wet bread, no toppings, nothing. I always check my food before leaving places like this but never had issues here so I didn’t. If I ever go again, and I probably won’t, I will not make that mistake again. Literally every part of the meal – the drinks, the sides, the burgers – were prepared wrong, cold, and/or weirdly damp. The onion rings were one weird solid ball of onions, breading, and grease

It looks like the location is not being properly managed and I most likely will not return, since while we all know nothing will change even if this review gets some “oh we’re so sorry about your experience” platitude as a response.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! We aren’t big fast food fans, but I recently visited a friend in Missouri and she was telling me how much her family loves Freddy’s. Since my husband loves burgers, we decided to try it on a busy night. First, my husband’s burger didn’t go through on the online order, so we had to place a second one. My mother brought the order home, and nothing was what we ordered. My mom’s Patty Melt had no Thousand Island or grilled onions. I got the new Jalapeno Pepper Jack Burger with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. I had a double patty with cheese and sauce, nothing else. Not even jalapenos. To top it of they had burnt onion rings and some suspect burnt who knows. My husband threw his burger away saying it was “gross”, my mom did the same because hers was so dry, and I couldn’t even stomach mine. My husband also said that his onion rings tasted like they were fried in “really old oil.” No freaking thank you!

I love this restaurant. I have been eating here ever since they opened. And besides 1 or 2 bad orders. This is such a great place to have a lunch. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 minutes from my food. Great service. Great employees, always nice and friendly and again besides having 1 or 2 bad orders, they were simple mistakes. Everybody took care of me very nicely. Love it and I’ve always gonna come back.

if i could give this place 0 stars; i would. this location was not busy when i ordered and still the order was messed up. went back to this location to correct my order and the customer service was just horrible. just for my whole order to be cold after waiting for the order to be fixed.

We are serious Freddy’s lovers. Moved back to Louisiana from Denver last year. We drove from New Orleans to enjoy a burger. This was our favorite Freddy’s ever. The service was top notch and the food was hot and fresh. We will journey back again! Everyone was super happy and smiling and welcoming. Excellent vibe and staff. So yummy too!

BEST fast food you can get! This burger out beats any other fast food burger out there by a landslide…and honestly, most other sit down restaurants as well! The meat is good quality with a great taste. Did I mention they use whole pickle slices(yum)?!! They also know how to make the bacon crispy,(upon request) which apparently leaves other fast food restaurant employees scratching their heads, lol. I love that they went a different route by choosing shoestring fries as their side and then dust them with delicious seasoning rather than just salt and pepper. They’re definitely a perfect complement to such a tasty burger …Then, as if that’s not enough and you’re not already bursting at the seams, then you have the opportunity to order a hot fudge brownie sunday(add banana and strawberries)….OMG….where is the wheelbarrow to wheel me outta this place??
BTW this location is BY FAR the best location I’ve ever visited and that is mostly due to a gentleman named Mr. Eddie. My 3 year old had a really rough day at the doctor, so I brought him in for lunch and a Sunday to lift his spirits. Mr Eddie made sure that he did just that. From the moment we walked into the door, Mr Eddie went out of his way to greet us with a smile, explain the menu, make suggestions and complement my son smile. Then when we made our order for our Sunday, he made sure to make it extra special. He really made my son’s day. We left with a fist bump, full bellies and big smiles thanks to Mr Eddie and Freddy’s! We shall return!

Let me start by saying that I greatly enjoy the franchise; unfortunately, this location needs significant improvement.
We stopped by on Easter sunday, which may be the problem. The drive thru was working and customers were inside. We tried to enter and found all outer doors locked. One customer inside opened the door for us. The employees made no effort to unlock the doors even after we asked. The employee taking counter orders was visibly annoyed that she had customers, as this interrupted her screen time with her phone. Needless to say the experience went down hill from there. The food order was wrong, overcooked and not at all presented in a pleasing way. There were no large cups, but only LG lids. Just an entire mess.
