I only stopped cause I happened to have a gift card. I paid with that and a little bit of cash. I was then given back a gift card for 20 cents and told it was their policy to use cash first. If I had been told that I would not have paid that way. Clearly I want the gift card used first like is done anywhere else. Thats the only reason I chose there. No one wants a 20 cent gift card back. The service was slow, the food mediocre, and they rip you off so I won’t be going back.

My boyfriend and I came through the driveway through couple weeks ago and he ordered the hot dog meal and the person taking the order asked twice if it was a meal and if we wanted onions on the hot dog with the ketchup and mustard. My boyfriend said yes three times and each time he said it angrily and when we got home and got the food out my meal was not in the bag so my boyfriend went back and told the people working my meal wasn’t in the bag and the employees working were not polite and had the attitude they didn’t want to be there. My boyfriend and I have decided not to come to this location anymore due to my order being forgotten and my boyfriend having to repeat his self several times and orders not getting right

The person who took our order and gave us our drinks was polite, sweet even. The person who handed us our order was in a huge hurry, acted like we were bothering her by asking for sauces. Got to our hotel, literally 1minute up the road. Opened our burger boxes and my burger looked like it was dropped and tossed back into the box. Husbands burger wasn’t quite as bad but didn’t look the best. Food tasted good. It’s Freddie’s, so it’s usually good. I’ve eaten at this location during the day with no issues. This is the first time I’ve gone through the drive through this late in the evening. (10:30pm Fri 7/22) Won’t do it again. Will stick to the south side location. Not had any issues there.

This is my touchstone must-go place. It’s the first place I visit when I enter Lincoln, and the last place I go when I leave. It is the best food in the state. Steakburgers to die for! From real steak! The best cheese curds I have ever had. (If you’re not groom around this area, be sure to try some! They’re a delight!!!) And their signature Turtle Sundae puts every other ice cream shop to shame!

Excellent service from Manager Kelsey and she even through in a complimentary strawberry shake that was over the top. What a great experience and fun for all the family. Burger are the best in town. I highly recommend you take the entire family and spend a wonder lunch or dinner with them at the Freddie’s fun filled restaurant in Lincoln on O street and Cotner.

Great place to grab ice cream with your family and Self of course and a hamburger. Don’t forget the fry sauce. This is a perfect location to watch “O” street traffic on the weekends. It looks as if “almost” everyone got a “free” 1-2 grand to buy accessories for their rides. Drive-through is fast and easy and convenient. Note to Owner: Stay open till midnight or later allow inside dining and offer somewhere for the good city folks to sober up before driving home, and watch your money triple up. Thank me later.
