We decided to try Raymond’s for the first time. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We also noticed how clean it was and plenty of seating available. Ordered two medium size pizza’s and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was delicious and mozzarella sticks were as well. The pizza crust was cooked to perfection and the toppings were outstanding. This will be our go to place for pizza in Hamilton.

Forgot to make my order. No worries I left came back in 20 they still hadn’t started making it. Still whatever I waited Guy in the kitchen was cool told the front staff to offer me a discount/ drink and the cashier flat out refused to do so and I heard her say no to him. Pizza was good but the owners obviously don’t care about their customers.

I’ve always known that Raymond’s food is great. We usually go to the one in Liberty Township, but our entire family was in Hamilton with family in from out of town. We didn’t want a big box pizza night – something local (special) was in order.
Unfortunately, when I showed up, they gave my order to someone else by mistake. Normally, I’d be really upset, and I was at first. When the owner found out what happened, he was visibly upset, but he was still professional with his staff – set clear expectations, but he didn’t curse at them.
The family who got my order brought it back when they discovered they received the incorrect order. The owner did the right thing and told his staff that it had to go into the garbage – scruples that you don’t see from businesses every day.
When my order was remade, the manager (owner?) personally brought it out to me, apologized and told me there was no charge. He set a great example to me, his staff and all of the customers who witnessed what happened.
I appreciate good business owners who care about their customers, quality food and good service. You know that you will get two things here: good food and good service.
We will be ordering our Christmas meal from Raymond’s in a few days now. Thank you.

The food here is really good. We’ve tried several things on the menu, and it’s all great. This sounds like an ad for them, but it’s not. The food is just that good. The pizza, salad, wings, steak hoagies. It’s all fantastic. I’ve been multiple times and I’ll keep going back.

Flavor is there. Ordered 4 meatballs smothered with cheese…I literally had to add my own cheese…those meatballs were literally sprinkled with cheese. Far from smothered thats my cheese I added.
If you’re going to smother and advertise as such…please do so!
