Everything was ok. Nothing truly bad, nothing special. It’s a burger fast food franchise with meager other options basically. The “Freddy’s fries” are shoestring style, they’re fine. Made order at counter for pickup: crispy chicken sand no mayo … came with mayo anyway. It took about 15 minutes, but to be fair it was 10:15 PM and a frigid night, just one table dining. They probably had to prepare it. Gave me extra fries for the wait. Not necessary but they probably had to make a batch. It was nice. Gave me the to-go custard right after ordering, so it sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Think they commonly do this, though, in the drive thru too. Odd practice, but – I know they were trying to clean the custard machine too, which makes sense. Still kind of odd to serve it at the counter early when it’s a pickup order.

The food was pretty good. The restaurant was clean and the speed of service was above average. If I’m being totally honest, the amount of meat per burger doesn’t equate to the price of the burgers. Blame it on the economy but I am still looking for the one place in the area that will serve a burger you have to wrap your hands around because of the size of the patties and not the salad they put on it to compensate.

Food was fresh and delicious and customer service was excellent. Try their jalapeno fry sauce which is amazing to say the least. Have absolutely zero complaints and definitely will be back. If I’m in the area and hungry for a burger Freddy’s Frozen Custard is an absolute no-brainer.

Just got in to Omaha again to visit family and thought I would try Freddy’s 2/2/23. The dining area was very clean and I was greeted at the counter promptly by a young staffer. I ordered a Double Patty Steakburger and this is the thinest burger Ive ever had. The two patties together were at best the same thickness as the slice of onion or tomato. Is this standard or is it because of inflation? I don’t know as I’m comparing it to my go to Whataburger as I’m not near a Freddy’s back home. It was good and the Bun was fresh, just costly for what you get.

Burger Looked Like It Was Run Over By a Truck! Again!
I’m honestly baffled by my recent experience with Freddy’s. I ordered a burger to-go, excited for a classic Freddy’s meal, but what I got was an absolute disaster. When I opened the packaging, it looked like the burger had been through a wrestling match and lost—badly. The bun was smashed flat, the patty was sliding out of one side, and the toppings were all over the place. It was like someone had thrown it in the bag without a second thought, and the result was a sad, unappetizing mess.
This is not the first time this has happened, or even the third. Ever since they started putting burgers in non-rigid packaging, you get what is in the picture. Freddy’s, if this is how you treat your to-go customers, you’ve lost me for good. I didn’t pay for a burger that looked like it had been run over by a truck. Do better.

I had an amazing experience at Freddy’s! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on. I was really impressed by how quickly my order came out; it felt like no time at all before I was enjoying my meal. The staff was super friendly, making the whole experience even better.

Friendly staff, good food, fabulous concrete’s. The pictured Single Steakburger patty with cheese, mustard, onion & pickle served on a toasted bun and fries are very good. The turtle concrete is always smooth, creamy and chock-full of rich warm caramel, hot fudge and pecans with whipped cream and a cherry on top. The concrete is not pictured because life is short so eat dessert first! (Didn’t put down the spoon to take the photo)!

Freddy’s is normally pretty good and consistent. They weren’t super busy when we went, so I was kind of surprised that the food was cold, and how they made my son’s grilled cheese. The taste was okay I guess, but if they were out of bread, I would’ve just preferred to order him something different.
