This jack in the box is amazing. They take accountability when a order is messed up or if something went wrong via delivery orders. They make sure that everything is hot and ready food is always fresh. The service here is always fast and friendly never rude. The lady’s here are amazing.

Wow…just wow is all I can say. Ordered $70 of food and had to wait which I understood. After driving home I discovered my Jacks munchie meal was missing and instead the box was full of parm wings so I went back.

I was first met by the gentleman who brought me my food and showed him my receipt, then had to wait for his boss to check my receipt, then had to wait for the manager to check my receipt who told me I was lying and that they gave me all my food.
Listening to them talk in Spanish about me and how I was trying to get free food was extremely offensive and I feel like if I wasn’t white I would have been treated differently.
The manager finally said “fine we will make one for you”. I can say the quality of food that was in that box after waiting another 10 minutes was very much a let down and I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

As far as Jack in the Box goes, this location delivers every time. I frequent this location, it’s right by my house so I go in the mornings when I’m hungover and it hits. I also order online and they actually put my sauces in the bag! Yes depending on the time you go they may ask you to back up in the drive thru but other than that, they are on point! Keep in up my friends, I appreciate it!

What is the point of paying staff to keep the drive through open 24/7 if the employees are just going to lie and say “the system is updating it’s gonna be 5-10 minutes” make me wait, then tell me you’re closed. Lazy. Took two employees to tell me that, while they stand in there doing nothing.

I enjoyed my dinner here tonight. Had the place to myself. Lol. It was nice, had a choice of tables. Altho some tables weren’t cleaned. Customer service was good. Food was good. I would go back and sit. I usually take it to go. Thumbs up!

I went there with my best friend and first of all the Mexican lady who was on the inner come was very rude did not give us time to say our order, not to mention my friend spent 70$ for them to forget our food so they made us wait in a long line again and then tried to say they gave us the food meanwhile the food was sitting on the counter then once they realized that they made the mistake the guy who was cooking wanted to come to the window and start yelling at my friend and saying why don’t you come in here like it’s our fault they work a job that makes them heat life I’m sorry but they put themselves in that position so to take it out on a well paying customer who regularly goes there is insane like that’s how Jack in the box treats well paying customer? WOW I would not recommend this jack in the box to my worst enemy.
