I came here today 7:17pm don’t close till 8pm that’s ridiculous they do this every day I came at 650pm closed don’t make no sense why say that you’re open until 8:00 p.m. online and on the store window if y’all closed today is Tues July 1st 7:20pm

I walked in during my lunch hours from work. I told the employee what I wanted. She proceeded to just wrap my sandwich up, when I didn’t even get to add any extra stuff in it like lettuce and more. She took me straight to the register and charged me. My subway never been so plain and flat before. Can’t believe she just rush me out like that.

I’ve been here 3 times now and they said they were closed even though the sign on the door says they are open. For instance there sign says they close at 9:30pm on Saturdays but I am here at 8:00pm and the employee is saying they are closed. Too unpredictable so I’ll never be back.

The old lady who works there is so lazy. Store opens at 7am and 9am written in the door but door is locked. I see her and she’s waving no to me. I’m waving back like “you guys open at 7am and 9am” . SMH. Won’t be returning to this location. The other time I came here , it was the same worker and she was on the phone with her husband while making my sandwich. Touching her phone and everything. These workers need to be retrained.

Every time I come to this establishment it is closed way before closing hours. I showed up at 5:57p.m and the doors was locked and lights almost out mind you online says they close at 6:30p.m not only is it wasting my time but gas as well. I don’t see this place staying in business to much longer if they’re going to continue to close before business hours. I called the number and No one ever answers the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail the voicemail sounds like a fax machine. I am highly disappointing

Ordered a wrap. There was a gnat flying around the tortilla when older worker lady was starting to make and she smashed it really fast ON the wrap not thinking I was watching. She slyly looked up and looked surprised I was watching her. I shook my head in a no motion and she threw it away and started over. She was going to keep making the wrap if I hadn’t been watching her!!!!’ Gnat and all!!!!! Sooo disgusted and will never go back.

Convenient, easy to access location on the corner of French/Florin-Perkins and Florin Rd; multiple points of entry, a few parking stalls, gets crowded/congested quickly. Lots of vagrants hanging out in the area. A variety of beverages and food available to choose from.
