Great food. Bought the California style burger meals. I went through the drive through line and it took awhile for the attendant to start speaking with me. Once he took the order everything was good. The fries were fresh and hot! And the burger was good.

We ordered to go in the drive through. We have been here several time and it’s was always great. Today was the opposite. They forgot a concrete but I was ready to ignore thay until I got home. Clearly someone took a bite out of this burger. This was just after unwrapping to put in a plate. We will not be back.

at first i was about to leave a bad review bc the food i ordered in the drive thru was hastily made and looked really unappetizing. i went back through the drive thru to get a refund but was convinced to get a remake instead. and the manager i assume was very kind and got me a remake quickly. this time my burger came nicely made in a box instead of a bag.

It seems like ownership may have changed here a couple of months ago. The service and food quality dropped back then. However, the service and quality have been improving. I got the original combo meal with onion rings for lunch. Everything was hot and fresh. The onion rings were excellent, but the burger patties were too thin. I like Freddy’s thin patties, but this place makes them thinner than any other location. I’ll keep visiting other locations for now.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place !!!! I really didn’t have any exceptions and was so glad I decided to check it. Cashier was friendly and well versed with the menu items. Did not wait long for order and booth was very comfortable. It’s like Steak &Shake and 5 guys & fries created a love child. Over sized patties, with fresh lettuce and cheese with the right amount of condiments served fresh with a soft bun !!! Chili cheese fries was extraordinary with the perfect ratio of cheese to chilli to fries. Fresh soda and sundaes that brought back Childhood memories. I will definitely return to this location !!!!

Food is typical Freddy’s and very good. If it wasn’t for the food it would get a one star. The service is terrible. 3 young ladies standing in at the cash register and not one person says hello or asks to take our order. I have to ask them to take it. No fry sauce out for the public. You have to reach around the counter and get it. Especially since the employees don’t seem to want to help.

I ordered food through the drive through, drove off without checking, and got home to realize they gave me the incorrect food. I’ve called twice and they’ve hung up on me both times. It’s sad that after $50 I can’t get my correct food order and I get hung up when I politely called back to correct the issue. They never did give me a receipt either.

Now I always get the crispy chicken sandwich well this time I was served a not cooked all the way chicken sandwich. It was very frustrating being that this was my first meal of the day. Went back to get a refund and manager stated that they dont give refunds and insisted on making the meal over. Im Sorry but if you cant get it right the first time why would I trust you to make it a second time. She also told me that it was breading inside the chicken sandwhich. Plz check yall food, i made the mistake of not doing so.
