I was pleasantly surprised with this place !!!! I really didn’t have any exceptions and was so glad I decided to check it. Cashier was friendly and well versed with the menu items. Did not wait long for order and booth was very comfortable. It’s like Steak &Shake and 5 guys & fries created a love child. Over sized patties, with fresh lettuce and cheese with the right amount of condiments served fresh with a soft bun !!! Chili cheese fries was extraordinary with the perfect ratio of cheese to chilli to fries. Fresh soda and sundaes that brought back Childhood memories. I will definitely return to this location !!!!

Went to Freddie’s for a quick snack, just wanted to grab some ice cream. We live nearby, and what should have been a 15 minute trip at the most turned into 45 minute one. I’ve never waited so long in a drive through line in my life. We pulled right up to where you order when we arrived, but after that, it took forever to get to the window and get our food. By then we were late to our evening plans, thoroughly regretting coming to Freddie’s, even more so when we received two concretes that were hardly half full of ice cream. We didn’t have time to turn around once we’d noticed. Super disappointing

Very good hamburgers, and chicken sandwich. Husband got the limited offer stacked cheeseburger with everything and a chocolate, cheesecake malt . Daughter got the original cheeseburger with everything and a chocolate malt. They said it was all good. I got the grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato and pickles. The chicken was exceptionally good for fast food grilled chicken: no gristle, well cooked but still tender. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and the pickle was extra good dill.

The woman who took my order was extremely rude. She had no interest in taking my order, ignored me while I was giving my order. Because she ignored me she got the order wrong, when confronting her about the incorrect order she told me that it was my fault. I wasnt asking for a refund or an upgrade or anything special, I said Ill pay for the items she had forgotten. She however had a big chip on her shoulder. It absolutely pissed me off. I had just finished working 2 full shifts at work, I just wanted the food I ordered and the smallest amount of politeness from the people who work at this store, no need to roll out the red carpet. Just a please, thank you, sorry about that, have a good meal….a tiny amount of civility. If she was my employee she would have canned that second.

We drove several hours that evening and arrived Late at night in an unfamiliar area. We attempt to get food at the drive through, we saw a car there at the drive through window a minute earlier. By the time we drove around, It was closed earlier than advertised and there were cones in the drive thru. We pulled to the window and begged to be served anything that we could get for the children. We didn’t care what was available as we knew it was just a few minutes to closing time. The manager was uncooperative, belligerent and unfriendly. He was unresponsive and pretty much delayed responding until the clock turned to closing time. The young lady who assisted us at the window was pleasant and was open to helping us however, the manager was unhelpful and failed to deliver any manner of service to us. Thankfully Jack in the Box was open.

Went to grab a quick supper because the drive thru was empty. 20 minutes later and after having to request my change twice, my soda twice, receiving a soupy sundae that had no whipped cream I left. Only to discover that the beef hotdog was like a beef jerky stick and nothing like the picture on the menu. I have attached the pictures of that and the non-bun bun. Won’t be going back.

I pulled up to the drive through, they closed the drive through 5 min early. Upon speaking to the night “manager” he was extremely rude. Stated he didn’t care they closed early. The woman who was at the drive through window was extremely apologetic about the way he treated us. We were also informed that said “manager” did not treat his employees well!

This location has a ton of work to do. I’ve been here a couple times and every time I’m truly disappointed. I worked at Freddy’s for 5 years and understand what goes into every order. The hot line really needs to work on communicating I received no sautéed onions on my patty melt and the fries are held too long. (Supposed to be something like 3 mins so they don’t get cold) when it comes to a dine in order it passes at least 3 people before it comes out to you (second, make, fry, then out to the guest. In that order) each person can see what is going on the order and it passed all positions and nobody said anything. All it takes is for one person to care and fix it. This is a Kansas City brand and this place brings shame to the family and the brand. Leave it to “the Lou” to take something that was once amazing and ruin it completely. This has to be a franchise location because this wouldn’t fly at a corporate store like the one I worked at. I know the menu like the back of my hand 7 years later, and was incredibly disappointed to see a discrepancy between locations. The manager is the only one who seems to care about anything and the supervisors don’t at all. Freddy would have a field day at this location and I’ve only seen that man angry once. It’s truly a shame I have to do this, but. I wouldn’t recommend this location u til they fix quality control.
