I was walking into Freddy’s. I was having such a bad day. And then of all sudden, Bryson at Franklin’s Freddy’s personally delivered my food.
He did it with such a smile. That I couldn’t help but smile too. Because of this, I have found my new Thursday night go-to spot.

Horrible experience. I was greeted with a monotone depressing greeting with zero manners, and placed in the drive thru window for genuinely 16 min before an employee finally opened the window and only told me the price, no apology for the wait or even a greeting. I was the only one in line and only ordered a few ice creams. Sloppy and pitiful. Do better.

Start off with fries are decent, icecream great. Burgers are ok but get hard pieces sometimes which is about the worst thing to have happen when eating something. But the cheese curds, I love them but only with the marinara sauce which the last 3 times I’ve gotten them , they are out of The marinara. So is there a supply chain issue or do people not know how to order stuff? Assuming it’s supply chain bc this isn’t the only location that is always out

Got my 2 year old lunch here and asked for a hamburger due to severe lactose intolerance- burger has cheese and was very undercooked and cold in the middle. Super disappointing especially when it comes to your kids safety when eating somewhere like this.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Got the jalapeno double steakburger combo. It was pretty good. It’s nice that they don’t just throw a slice of pepperjack cheese on it and call it quits. There’s also a spicy sauce and some actual jalapenos on there! Definitely a little spice, but it won’t have you sweating or anything. Also comes with shoestring fries, which I am typically not a fan of, as they don’t hold their heat. But since I was dining in, that problem was easily solved by eating them first. The jalapeno fry sauce is really something special. Would have given four stars, but cleanliness seemed to not be high on their priority list. Wiping down the tables would be a good start. Trash can was full. Dirty floors, and condiment station/soda fountain area wasn’t so great, either. It’s unfortunate, but I’ve been there several times, and it’s always like that, so I know it’s not an isolated incident, or busy day, or staffing issues (there were plenty of people working today). Just seems to not be a priority. I’m sure I’ll be back yet again, but always go in knowing that I’ll have to clean my own table before I eat.

Bad food and unfriendly people
This is my second trip to Freddy’s and MY LAST. First visit I ordered a Chili Dog..extra onions and NO CHEESE. I was eating indoors and it was the first time I had been there. Service was really slow but since it was lunchtime I didn’t think much of it. Finally, after 35 minutes they called our number and there is my Chili Dog, covered with Cheese. I was not thrilled but I told them to please correct the order. They did and after another wait I was able to eat but by then the fries were cold.
One month later, I decided to try the drive-up. There was only one car outside and one in the drive up. I was in a hurry so I went to the drive up and once again. One Chili Dog and fries, Extra ONIONS….NO CHEESE. After a reasonable wait, I got my order and pulled into a parking spot to check my food. The fries were piping hot but once again….a chili dog covered with cheese. Once again….I got in line, waited until I could get up to the window. When they opened the window, I opened the box and showed the girl that this had cheese and I ordered it without. I waited patiently and she handed me a big bag and once again…I pulled up and checked my food. What they served to me I can only say I wished I had taken it straight to the Health Department!!! I seriously looked like someone either puked on it or they pour a glass of water on it after they put some chili on it. My only regret is that I handed it back to them and told them to keep the money and the sandwich. It was not fit to eat. I did take a picture and send it to my friend and saved it for the review. I don’t know if the cook was trying to be sarcastic or they are really just sick people but I do know one thing. BEWARE of the FREDDY”s in Franklin. That food does not look safe and I wouldn’t trust it …much less spend my money on it.

Second time here and the burgers and fries don’t disappoint. They were made quickly, but well. The young lady at the register was very polite and kind. The atmosphere as pretty quiet.

Other than lunch time don’t go here!
I don’t like their burgers or fries. I do however like their chicken strips and tater tots. Lunch time is the only time I’ve ever gotten good food here. In the evening the staff sucks and so does the food. Usually wrong order and they definitely don’t care.
