Gyu-Kaku is one of my favorite places to eat while at the Burbank mall. The staff is always friendly and the service is always fast and efficient. The last few times that we were here we did the all you can eat, which is a great value in the staff to make sure that they are constantly checking in on you and that you are well said highly recommend the addicting cucumbers, as they are one of our favorites.

I really enjoy my time whenever I step into this restaurant. I’ve been going here for several months now. The servers are absolutely amazing. The quality of the meat is superior to any other BBQ places. They will actually allow you to choose the level of marinate you wish for your meat, not like other places that drench the heck out of your meat. I only had one bad experience the last time I was there last week. The male hostess with long hair was kind of rude. There was plenty of space available on the bigger table, and I have never had an issue being seated on bigger tables. He was refusing to seat us there because we were only 2 people. I don’t spend more than 30 minutes max. When I go here, I sit, eat, and done. I had to ask for a manager, which she told him to let us sit on bigger table. Besides this little hick up, Gyu-Kaku is pretty awesome. They don’t take reservations, so make sure to plan ahead if going with a big group. Once the grilling starts, you don’t get heavy smoke like most other places. The ventilation is amazing. I highly recommend you visit with them.

This place is so good. The meat quality is really good. We tried the basic all you can eat. Now this place is on the pricey side compared to korean ayces but it’s a different experience. They do have more affordable meals which is great.

Haven’t been here since before the pandemic, still just as good. Great selection, great service today as well. Definitely prefer going when they’re not super busy. Looks like the menu hasn’t changed at all. I do wish they had more parking in the area though.

My fave for my Monday brunch with friends. Can’t go wrong with all day happy hour Mondays. Whether vegetarian or meat lover…all appetites are satisfied 😉 food and drinks and desserts are delicious no matter what is ordered. Wait staff is friendly and attentive;) !!!

We normally go to the Pasadena Location but since coming here we now prefer this location! Staff was fast and friendly! We came during happy hour and the prices were great! We come here specifically for the Spicy Bowl and House Salad !

Delicious food, friendly staff, great experience all round. The good, and even the sauces, are gluten free, and the meat is delicious and well prepared for cooking at your table. Staff are super nice and helpful and the place is clean and well organized. Recommended!
