I can’t say enough great things about John, the manager at Dave & Buster’s. He is truly amazing and the main reason I continue to bring my children back to celebrate their birthdays here.
Our experience started with my 5-year-old’s birthday party, and from the moment we arrived, John went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Because of the outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine care he showed our family, ! felt confident bringing my 14-year-old and later my 16-year-old back to celebrate their birthdays as well. Each experience was just as wonderful as the first. John consistently made sure my kids felt special, the parties ran smoothly, and that we were all having fun and stress-free as parents.
It’s rare to find a manager who truly cares about creating memorable experiences for families, but John does exactly that. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication make a huge difference, and because of him, Dave & Buster’s has become our go-to place for birthday celebrations. Highly recommend-thank you, John, for making such lasting memories for my kids and our family!

I didn’t end up getting any food Soni can’t note on that or service. Walked in got a play card easily on one of the machines and continued onwards with my date. It was super fun if only spending $25. We were here for homecoming and the atmosphere was able to match the fancyness.
Keep an eye out for random cups and unattended beers though people like to leave them around.

This is very fun place for kids and adults too. Kids really liked the game zone ,the variety of games and VR Game is nice addition
Seating is spacious for food and sport bar style is so elegant and environment is so good.

This place is as expected and a good experience overall. We’ve been here a few times and it’s consistent, but nothing stood out as amazing.
It’s a fun spot to play games and grab a bite. They’ve got a wide variety of games, and the prize room is in the back. We came in the middle of the day during the week, so it wasn’t too busy. Our host was nice and the food was decent. If you’re in the area, it’s a good spot for a family hangout or birthday party.
We’ve been to a few other arcades during travels that offered a bit more in terms of food, service, or prizes, so that might be why this didn’t feel quite as memorable. Still a fun spot to visit!

It was fun the girls liked it. The only thing was yes food is expensive and you get very little portions for the money. The night view outside was beautiful.

The quiet atmosphere of arcade was different but cool not overwhelming, its spread out enough to now feel over crowded.
However, every staff member seem to be angry, sleepy, careless, self absorbed or lost. No one will help you, they all just point in directions and leave you standing.
No one explained the unlimited packages, we did that and clearly got screwed on the 1500 ticket cap, doesn’t say anywhere only 90 percent of the games works and the food you will get is crap.
I’ll try Southcenter or Lynnwood at this point, driving 45 minutes seems smarter than spending over $400 for a kids birthday party for an hour of play and food we ended up sending back.
Don’t waste your time. Disgusting food and even worse staff.

Been here once just for a slice of cheesecake to satisfy a sweet tooth.
The cheesecake was AMAZING in my opinion but I’m not really a fan of dining in the middle of such a loud environment. I didn’t participate in the attached arcade but I can see a family dining here after such festivities.
I’d say the menu is your average bar / American Diner type food.
Can be a little on the pricey side.
Service is a little dicey. We walked in and saw no one. Walked all around the arcade and back and finally saw a single staff member meandering about and we asked to get seated for some grub. It was a little awkward because the restaurant is the first thing you pass upon entering and no one where there to greet or acknowledge guests. From a security standpoint, it’s a tad unsettling.

My first experience with Dave & buster’s was awesome exciting. We were there to celebrate my dear son’s birthday and all had a very good time. The server was so helpful and thoughtful. They have the best ambience and so many different fun games. I am the first time gamer and enjoy every bit of play.

The food was very expensive and terrible. I did let my server know, and they adjusted my bill (slightly). The management later checked on me, and I was very happy with their customer service, but they said I should have let them know about the food so they could have adjusted my bill more. I let my server know, I really don’t like to be a “Kevin” the risk of getting a booger sandwich, the chanes goes to 100% if you complain too much (as per my friends in the food service industry). The food is worse than a food cart serving rat burgers in a sewer (10 points if you guess the movie reference). The celery was rotten and the plates were dirty, and the side of mayo was chunky with hardened spots and some kind of weird red specks? It’s just not good, it’s really a horrifying food experience. If you have a nemesis, take them here and let them eat as much as they can. They will never bother you again. Also, we were the only people being served food. I didn’t get the memo, and after reading other reviews, I have been educated. I spent a total of $222.53 after the food adjustment. It was for myself and my 10 year old son on a boys’ day out for food and games.
TLDR; Food Super bad, Games way Overpriced, server and Manager were nice. Kinda like a nice officer in a hellish prison vibe.

In town for work, I went to have dinner. Service was good. Boneless wings came 3 minutes after I ordered. They were cold. Obviously prepared in advance and had wing sauce added. I sent them back for fresh made. The burger was hot and delicious, and my fries were cold. I sent them back for fresh as well.
