Welcoming when you walk in the door but that’s it. A coworker and I stopped here for lunch this afternoon. We stood there waiting our entire lunch break for our orders and one worker was just repeating himself saying we just had $150 order or something that came in. Mind you there was a lady and her little boy sitting in the corner of the restaurant also waiting and got it when we were about there for 30mins and they had already ordered before we walked in. They should have let us customers know BEFORE ordering our meals that it was going to be an extreme wait. There were plenty of unhappy people all inside with us. This was both of our first time here and we could see them making sandwiches that sat on their prep area for multiple mins before even wrapping. Our fries and tots were cold and the sandwiches both of us ordered were not even good we took like one bite on our way to our next job since it used up our entire lunch break we literally trashed the whole meal. Definitely wasn’t worth the price or wait. Very disappointed. It seemed like they had two people that have worked there for awhile and 1 in training. Maybe hire more workers.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because the place was not overall terrible and the employees were not rude but my experience was just kinda too ridiculous to let it go so I stopped here to get just a burger and some ice cream on the way home around 8pm (they were closing at 10 the day I went so I stopped by about 2 hours before) me and my partner were the only customers in the whole place definitely not busy we go and order the food (which was literally one burger and 2 ice cream shakes) the employees seemed really out of sync because it took them a while to decide who was gonna get our order before anyone actually came over while ordering gf asks if there are actual chunks of cheesecake in the shake she wanted to get the guy says yes so she orders that for the main purpose of it having the cheesecake chunks in it we sit and wait for the food and they have the burger out pretty quick so we sat down to wait for the ice cream and started to eat the burger I go up to get some sauce from the sauce area and an employee was stocking it I start to walk up and just wait a sec for her to be done she never noticed me standing there so I ask if I can step in and get some sauces really quick but she moves like two inches and stands directly behind me while I’m trying to pick out my sauces which made me feel like I had to just grab a random one and get out of there burger was good but definitely too cold for something that was just ordered and got out to me within a few minutes curds were great (they’re real curds definitely Wisconsinite approved when warm) but a bit cold as well but I understand maybe turning the fryer off early but then we finished the food and still hadn’t heard that our ice cream was ready so I walk up to see if we just didn’t hear it it’s not there and I see all the employees just kinda walking around most just scrolling on phones so I mention we never got the ice cream and it takes them like 10 minutes to figure out why that happened and the girl I saw standing in the back in the corner just fully immersed in her phone comes out of the back and says to give her 3 mins to make it and when we get it there’s no cheesecake pieces in the shake that we had asked about which was kinda disappointing if we had known there was no actual pieces in the shake (idk if they were in it just blended up or if it was just cream cheese based custard) we would have actually got something else because my gf only likes cheesecake stuff if it has the actual chunks added in as an actual “topping” which we asked about to make sure or I wouldn’t have spend 7 dollars on something she wouldn’t like custard itself was great just seemed like employees didn’t have much structure/training they were very nice so I feel bad leaving a review like this but if they keep working like that this location isn’t gonna last long this was my first time at any Freddy’s

Love the retro red diner feel, along with the burgers & fries with some delicious shakes to choose from. A clean diner with friendly service. I really loved the cheese curds & those shoestring fries. The seasonal peppermint shake was delicious, fun & festive with crunchy bites of peppermint inside.

I’m not really one to write reviews but this place has driven me crazy. I’ve tried giving this place a couple tries. The wait is crazy long all 3 times. Workers don’t really seem to know what they are doing. Never even say hello. I feel like I’m bothering the workers when I’m there to order food. The one day they didn’t have ketchup or even know where to look for ketchup for fries. The workers that were unfriendly. I’m pretty sure we’re the managers too. I want to like the place, but it’s kind of hard to When all three times I’ve been there have been very poor service in the food is OK

The smoky fry sauce and the fry seasoning are decent. Fries are pretty good. Service was slow and not that great. The custard machine was down and we got burgers with no lettuce or tomato and no explanation why.

Pulled into the drive through line @ 12:42pm on 9/20/25. I had to pull away from the window @ 1:15pm because I hadn’t received any food yet and now I’m running late to return to work. I paid over 11 dollars for a drink essentially (didn’t even get the drink I ordered. Ordered sweet Tea and got unsweetened tea with a handful of sugar packets. This is THE worst fast food experience I can remember. As I sit @ the window I see employees talking over food trying to decide if it’s cooked or not. Over 30 mins for 1 burger and fries is obnoxious. Not sure if it’s corporate or management but this place needs to be ran better. I paid $11.00 dollars for food I didn’t receive but I can assure I will never return to any Freddie’s anywhere. Do better!

The french fries are the most disgusting french fries I’ve ever eaten. I think this is the second time I’ve had it and it taste like the same the first time my hamburger making was kind of sloppy, but they did right on the tea. I was gonna give them five out of five for that I would hope that they get better fries like other fast food that fries should be edible Something you can actually eat these are just I hate throwing away wasting food. I’m just only unhappy with the fries other than that everything else was fine

It has gotten worse since old manager left. I waited in drive thru 16 minutes. I would of left but they took my money already. They forget to put things on burger, fries are old and cold. They all walk around like they don’t know what to do. As I waited in drive thru, 4 people were standing around eating burgers while I still sat there waiting. Totalling downhill. If this keeps up, they will close soon.

I sat in my car for more than 25 minutes with no one in front of me and no one behind me… I ordered one sandwich and fry. I never received my order bc the young man inside was viciously making burger for a ghost evidentially.
