I have found my new favorite burger place!!! The Double Bacon Burger was AMAZING! The patties weren’t huge but they very obviously were fresh and the flavor made up for the size of the patties. It doesn’t come with everything on it but you can add it all (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup) at no cost!!! The employees are so nice and helpful. The atmosphere was so fun! My almost 3 year old just wanted to get up and dance to the music they had going. I live in Knoxville and will DEFINITELY be going back!!! Thank you Freddy’s for a wonderful experience and an awesome lunch!

Mckayla helped me so much with my order! I have never been here before, but friends that I was buying for have, so I was getting to remember all of the things they said they wanted that were very specific to this restaurant (like the fry salt). She was so sweet and she had a very crisp and clear voice that carried well over the drive through speakers. I’m leaving her a review in the hopes it gets her some sort of bonus or recognition!

Like every other fast food place in Oak Ridge. This place is subpar. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through, with no one else in front of me. When I did get my food, it was cold, and the order was wrong. I’ve tried this place several times over the last 2-3 years, and it continues to disappoint. Other locations are fine. But then every chain place in Oak Ridge is disappointing in comparison to other locations.

The service was excellent as it usually is but my wife had to send her fries back. They were over cooked and had been sitting until they were cold. They cooked some fresh fries and they were perfect. I had onion rings and they were very good. Our burgers were very good too. Same for the drinks.

I do not get to Oakridge often. Friends have told me to check of Freddy’s. I was welcomed by a kind gentleman named Mike. He showed great patience with me and answered my menu question. Was nice not to have someone rush me or make me feel like I was taking up their time. Mike is a great asset to your restaurant

The burgers and fries are always good, but the service is very 2023. We went during lunch and sat outside, but we couldn’t even hear ourselves think due to the customer order numbers being screamed out through the speakers. Both orders were also wrong, but close enough to eat. The owners should be glad the food is good. It makes up for just enough of their shortcomings.

Today, I saw a manager making a scene, yelling at a delivery driver for no reason. The driver was trying to figure out why she was so upset. The driver was speaking in a friendly tone, not being rude at all. The manager wouldn’t say what the problem was was, she just kept freaking out. It was very unsettling. I understand it’s a stressful job, but there was no call for that. Delivering can also be stressful.. I know, I do some too. Be professional and don’t treat people that way!
