This was by far our worst experience at a restaurant. Blue Ginger used to be an amazing place to eat with a beautiful atmosphere but it has been downhill ever since they took off their revolving sushi boats. Today we went to eat dinner. The food was coming out in a random order basically one person got their food and more than 20 minutes later another person got their food. How can you not do something as simple as making sure the food comes out together for a small group of three people! Then the server completely forgot one of our sushi orders so we ended up having to take it to go. She said that she was overwhelmed and responsible for too many tables tonight, clearly this place has no respect for its customers AND its workers. They made it look absolutely disgusting in the to go box but somehow it tasted even worse. Never in my life have I had to spit out a piece of sushi but today that changed. This is not a place to go eat and have a nice time as you will constantly be interrupted by yelling and screaming from the Hibachi tables. To top it all off, they force an 18% tip on your bill when in reality they deserved nothing after this horrible experience. Unless you are coming here to have a good time partying it up at the Hibachi tables take your money somewhere else!!!

The food here was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had hibachi food this good. The service was fast and friendly and suggestions were given to us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the area. Loved it.

This was the best Hibachi we have ever eaten. We chose not to have the table side experience as we were just hungry and ready to eat. We did the Mango Roll, and Krab Rangoon to start and it was Great but the actual hibachi was to die for! We are in town for the week on business and will probably just eat here for the rest of the week. Shogun, Kobe, Yokohama, Jo To, tsunami ect have nothing on this place… 100% better than the best in the list!

Went for mother’s day…I recommend if you have a large party make reservations. We were 4 and had a 1 hour wait…but it was worth it. Food was delicious but they have to work on their margaritas weak and horrible. Other than that I recommend this place…we definitely be going back.

This place is awesome! The hibachi is amazing! Presentation is excellent. I’ve been here twice now and I will continue to go. They give great amount of meat with the sushi. The service is a little slow, but overall worth the wait.

Delicious hibachi! We ate filet, shrimp, scallops and it was really seasoned well. The fried rice was plain rice with egg but it was season so well, it was delicious. Super

Giving this place a 3 star rating is difficult. They are currently understaffed (seems like). The food is tasty and the serving size was slightly bigger than other hibachi places we all know. While I have my preference, I can totally see why this place is a constant hit! Even the leftovers were pretty good. But unfortunately the wait was extremely long and the bathrooms were disgusting: red mold was around the faucets and sink, so I’m sure it hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. What a shame! The main area didn’t seem dirty though, but the bathrooms were just terrible.

My rice was hard. The soup and salad are horrible. The first time I visited, the chef used too much soy sauce. The second time my rice was hard and I realized they use butter, not garlic butter that’s why the rice tasted less flavor than benihana. They don’t cut the meat in the middle, they don’t cut the shrimp in the middle so the flavor can get inside of the shrimp to make it more tasteful, more juicy, and more flavor. The food is not bad….its not 5 stars either if you use to eat at other Hibachi places

This is the first time that this place this place has disappointed me. I would normally come at least twice a week to this restaurant just to order take out, because I really enjoy their food.

Food was good. The service was terrible. We were a party of nine. It didn’t look very busy on a Monday and we still had to keep looking for the waitress. We had to keep asking her for additional drinks and then even the dessert menu. The icing on the cake was that they didn’t have any dessert plates and gave us styrofoam containers and plastic forks. Not what o expected from a seafood and steak restaurant. I was seriously tempted to ask them to remove the 18% tip that they had automatically added to the bill. But as I was entertaining a client I did not do so.
