Sincerely confused and frustrated. I recently changed jobs and now I have quite the commute and, to make up for it, I’ve been treating myself to the new restaurants in the area Ive never heard of, or been to. I pass this place daily on my way home so yesterday I figured id give it a try. Seriously impressed. The young lady in the drivethru was friendly, fast service, the food was fresh and tasted incredible. I was so excited I bragged to my husband how great this place was and promised to bring him food home today. 1.5 miles down the street, with a single car in front of me in the drive thru, it just took me 45 mins there and back to pick up 2 meals. The guy in front of me got a bag half the size of mine and no drink so no reason for a holdup there, and the lobby was almost empty. Let’s talk about the food I got today. The taste of burnt burger is lingering in my mouth. The burger was not only burnt, it was pressed so thin it looked like fried cheese. The toppings were black on the edges, and the mushrooms were completely black spots on the dried out prime rib x2. $32 worth of trash. The onion rings were fried so long they cooked the onion out of them. Crispy patty with burnt toppings, warm outside and cold in the center as if it sat then was reheated on a grill but not long enough to warm it just enough to burn it. Held together by a piece of melted cheese. Im angry I was already late coming from lunch after the long wait in “line” and now Im stuck with this disgusting pile or char in a box, no way to get my money back for food thats going in the dumpster, and embarrassed I bragged so hard about this place only to throw away the food or bring home something burnt. Do better. People work way to hard for their money. Here’s pics of the onion rings, some of the others didnt look as bad but they were hard and dark. Thats not cheese!!!! Thats the burger patty pressed into a crisp! Took a bite while driving and looked down to see the black mushroom and onions.

Good burger and service. I ordered the double cheese burger with grilled onions, garlic aioli and I added chili. The burger and chili had good flavor and they offered many sauces to add on at the counter. Service was fast and friendly with the order ready when I arrived and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I would have liked a little more chili on the burger, but I like that delicious messiness.

My second time eating here. I thought I’d give it another try, as the first time the burger was dry and tasteless, fries were good. Well, the second time wasn’t the charm. For $8 + the only thing good about the burger was the bun and condiments, pickles were great. The smash burger patties were decent sized, but once again dry and tasteless, bacon was undercooked, won’t try a third time.

We were visiting Florida from out of town, and my brother—who’s a longtime Freddy’s fan—insisted we give it a try. Let me just say, these burgers are incredible and far exceeded my expectations for a fast food spot. The customer service at this location was also top-notch—friendly and polite from start to finish. I ordered the Freddy’s Original Double with fries, and every bite was delicious. As a little treat, I also tried the Oreo concrete, and it was absolutely worth it—so good! Honestly, these burgers are better than what I’ve had at many sit-down chain restaurants like Red Robin or Outback. I HIGHLY recommend giving Freddy’s a shot if you haven’t already!

Yesterday was my first time going to Freddys and it did not disappoint. The burger was perfect the onion rings were the best I’d ever had. Food came out quick and piping hot. It seams silly to be this excited about fast food but I found my new favorite spot. Will be coming back tomorrow.

We were greeted by Brian at the register. He took my order and was patient being this was my first time at a Freddy’s. Brian was really a great young man. I ordered the Original steakburger meal w/ pepper jack cheese. The meal came with fries and a drink. The hamburger was fantastic, it was cooked like I like them(done but it was still really juicy) and had great flavor. The fries are the shoestring type (my favs) and man they were great tasting. Elizabeth came around and checked on us several times. She was cleaning tables and taking patrons trash. This young lady was working hard the whole time we were there. My first experience at Freddy’s was fantastic. The amount of food for the price was very good. I spent$15 for my meal and 2 drinks. Will we be going back? We are looking forward to that day.

We LOVE Freddy’s! The shoestring French Fries are the best! Don’t forget the Freddy’s Sauce. The smashed burger patties are excellent! Have been to this location numerous times and have always enjoyed our meals! Highly recommend!

Decided to finally eat at Freddy’s. It’s a pretty nice little restaurant.
It has a very distinct “hamburger hangout” vibe to it. Like a place kids would hangout at in the 1950’s, like in an Archie comic.
My family and I had lunch,l which consisted of a chili cheese dog and a few double cheese steakburgers.
Everything was really good. I loved the grilled bun with the dog and the shoestring fries were great to dip in the chili.
Next time I go I will try one of their sundaes or a concrete mixer.

Love this place! Always quality ingredients, fast service and good customer service. The fries are always fresh, crisp, and largely portioned. I LOVE that the burgers are carefully prepared so the ingredients are evenly spread instead of clumped in the middle like fast food restaurants often do.
We eat here often and would highly recommend it to everyone who loves a juicy steak burger and quality fries.
