I ordered via Door Dash & found a hair in my burger. Funny enough I called prior to delivery to make a modification (mistakenly ordered B Dub Dip which I thought was Beer Cheese since Beer Cheese is not listed on the DD website & that’s typically what’s served with Onion Rings) which I was told by the manager they don’t do but she’d do it this one time. I’d hate to think me calling for that simple mix up would cause someone to purposely place a hair in my food bc it looks intentional. Either way this is unacceptable.

The service was really bad. It took 30min just to get drinks even though they weren’t busy. I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings and this is probably the worst experience I’ve had at one. The food was adequate but the onion rings kinda tasted odd. They seemed understaffed because we watched our server do just about everything but actually serve her tables while the manager(or at least who i thought the manager was) just stood in the corner by the bar. We had to wait to pay and only got the check after waving someone down to get it. Normally when i go to other BWW locations its a very easy and enjoyable experience. It was not at this location.

We mostly get to go from this location. But the cashiers are always nice. I’ve never had an issue with parking. Food is good. People are nice. Location is easy to find and get to.

Beware, they serve a lot of chips (in lieu of fries), but only give 1 small amount of salsa.
When or if you ask for another, they will not warn you that they have to charge 60 cents for another little bitty small miniature cup of salsa and you will not discover they charged until you
get the receipt and have paid not giving you a chance to dispute
the 60 cent charge –did not even give an itemized receipt.
I was trying to compute the tip and something was not right
with the amount of tax charged and the principle amount.
I had to reduce the tip accounting for the 60 cent charge I was
not expecting and had I been warned of the extra charge, I would
have not requested or gotten the little small thing of salsa or could have used my own salsa from Aldi or something.
Beware. if you ask for any extra condiments, make sure they will not (over)charge you. 60 cents for a small cup little bitty thing is ridiculous. Wendy’s attempted to do something similar with a small thing of barbecue sauce, but at least Wendy’s gave a warning of the potential charge.

Really just a disappointing experience all the way around from the minute I walked in the door to pick up my food. Ordered online and arrived maybe 5 minutes before my food should have been ready. 15 minutes later the cashier brings out my food (boneless wings & regular wings)…well I thought it was my food. After some confusing musical bags I finally make way out the door with my proper order. Maybe I should have taken the other food I was given…the boneless wings were old, hard, and missing the sauce? The traditional wings were barely what you could even call ok, definitely overcooked, and had so much excess sauce on them it almost made them inedible. The sauce on the boneless wings was Thai curry and Asian Zing on the traditional wings btw…I will definitely avoid this location in the future though.

I would never doordash from here. They always mess up the order and when they do get it right you get half the food that you’re supposed to. Other than that I love eating here with my boys watching UFC. I won’t DoorDash ever again from here though
