walked in here and the atmosphere is depressing as hell, its dirty and a ton of flies are at the front, probably more at the back. it also took over 30 min to even get to order. there was literally a worker at the front but instead of taking our orders he just seasoned some fries. saw the cashier in the back on their phone too!! the food was mediocre and they forgot our sauce and messed up our orders twice. tables aren’t clean and don’t even try going in the bathrooms.

Decided to give it a 2nd try. This time the staff was friendly, the food was great and the drink was correct the 1st time.
So glad that things improved! So I have updated the review from 3 stars to 5.
The chicken was fine as were the fries. The staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. They also sold us what they said was Cheerwine, but in fact, was not Cheerwine. We even sent it back and ask for a replacement. We got back the same thing! Drove to Cookout and got an actual Cheerwine. Bojangles at Upward Rd seems better.

they need some extra help or something. there wasn’t even a long line in the drive thru and they must not be getting mobile orders or something. I used my lunch break to come and and then spent 30 minutes here and had to go inside anyways to get my order because they told me to come up to the front door and not a parking space, so I had to move. the lady who just got on her shift was nice but some older lady was giving me crap about not being in a parking spot when she told me to go to the front door. she said you should’ve went to a parking spot; well I should’ve had my food 20 mins prior to this. I’d rather just make the drive to another location than come back here.

Today I waited in line in the drive thru for 30-40 minutes. When I finally got to the window to collect my order and pay, they tell me then that they dont have my drink. Now infuriated at the fact that I spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting in the drive thru, I promptly left. This type of service and absurd and ridiculous. I will never recommend Bojangles as long as this behavior persists.

AI drive through could not answer my question. I has to order something simple for it to understand. Pulled to window. 6 employees inside leaning talking to each other. I asked if AI was new normal. Was told “if you dont like the AI you can come inside.”

Most of the food was good. I live in florida bow and was so excited to get bojangles while I’m here visiting for the holidays. I ordered a chicken filet biscuit and was super disappointed. It was grey and dry. Completely inedible and hard to chew through. I ended up having to share my son’s meal with him because mine was not okay. Everything else was fine and the crew was very nice. I’d come back again, I was just very sad with what I received.

Automated drive-through attendant. Did well getting our order correct, and that is saying something from a person who always has trouble with those. Food was inexpensive but very tasty. We had chicken, which had a good flavorable skin and not too thick.

Drive thru got the order only half right and decided that the “chicken rice bowl” should have “no meat”. Due to the lackluster AI you really need a screen showing what it is doing to your order because we had no way of knowing it did that.
AI is still awful and unreliable, you must have a way to check it no matter what at this stage.
