So I decided to give Freddy’s one more go praying it would be good this time especially since it’s veterans Day and I’m a veteran. Well my prayers was not answered this go round. They had watery mayonnaise flooding my over cooked 1/4 of 1/2 inch thick steak burgers a piece of cheese is thicker than the meat and it was crispy but now the piece and a half of raw bacon on this 15 dollar meal was RAW AND CHEWY! EVERY thing was cold and stale. This will be my last review on this place bc I have banned it from my eating list. When they opened it was amazing but now I would rather just be hungry and save my money bc I’m left hungry and out of almost 30 bucks for mine and my spouses dinner. TIP OF THE DAY ” DO BETTER!” YOU DON’T LIKE WHAT YOU DO FIND SOMETHING ELSE BUT DIDN’T HALF BUTT YOUR JOB AND MAKE PEOPLE LOSE MONEY FOR TRASH! LITERALLY IT WENT STRAIGHT TO TRASH ENTIRE MEAL

This was my second time eating here. The food was great both times I went. The atmosphere was amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to the employees that went above and beyond for a wonderful experience. In the photo you will see a nice elderly lady that from what I could understand had a lunch date that had canceled on her. The employee pictured took her lunch break and sat with the lady and had a genuine conversation with her. It was heartwarming to see. A few others came and joined the conversation all being sweet and welcoming the lady back whenever she wanted to have another lunch date. I will definitely be back not just for the food but the amazing customer service! Continue the great work!

Visited for the first time and chose to try the ice cream. Ordered two of the Oreo double trouble concretes because it said “double the cookies”. Also ordered a banana milkshake. No one was pleased. Took like ten minutes to receive when we were the ONLY car in the drive thru. The Oreo desserts had like 2-3 pieces of cookies total. It was 99% vanilla ice cream with some cookie specs. It was very underwhelming. Husband wasn’t impressed with his milkshake either. Paid over $20 and the sizes were small and had little flavor which didn’t make any of us want to return. The inside looked clean, so I’ll give it an extra star.

Location and employees were nice. Took my family to Freddy’s for lunch and the food was very good. Only exceptions were the spicy chicken sandwich had very little sauce and the ice cream for the kid’s meal was past its use by date by 1 day but my daughter enjoyed the burger so much she didnt even touch the ice-cream.

First time visit to this location. I’ve been to Freddy’s somewhere else long ago and I wanted to try it again after driving by this one. The menu board had a limited time brisket burger but I didn’t see the price on the menu. I ordered it with fries and it was pretty good. I didn’t see that it came on a Hawaiian Roll when I ordered it and didn’t know it until one of the staff said they were out of Hawaiian Rolls and asked if it was ok to use a regular hamburger bun instead… And I was very happy with the regular bun because I’m not a fan of Hawaiian Rolls.
Overall the experience was good and they give a military discount if you have a valid military ID. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Around the time that i went a few tables were still pretty dirty . One worker there was making her rounds to get a couple cleaned off as I was waiting for my food. I went an hour or so after lunchtime. The staff was kind and the food was actually pretty good. The prices were rather decent and they give you a good amount a fries. I would eat there again should I be in that area.

We ordered online tonight and this restaurant has went downhill. Didn’t take long this was my favorite place to grab a burger but after tonight’s experience and water of money I’m not so sure I will be going back anytime soon. It was come dry not made to order asked for pickles no pickles so much ketchup it was drowning and there was barely any meat the meat on the burger was so thin and over cooked my dog wouldn’t even eat it and that’s bad. So therefore with that said I’m done with this awful review and I hate I had to write this being it’s my favorite go to until now McDonald’s would’ve been better.

We stopped by specifically because of the cheese curds. Honestly it’s been kinda hard to find good cheese curds since moving from the Midwest. These curds are some of the best top tier cheese curds in the area and could easily compete with Wisconsin, which is a wild thing to say. Either way, all that say, try the cheese curds, you won’t be disappointed. The burgers were pretty standard but not bad, overall no complaints.

Amazing customer service & taste! Jessica gave us all our options and exuded so much patience and kindness in the ordering process! Keke was friendly and thorough in checking we had everything before pulling away from the window! Service was quick, and the food was surprisingly fresh and piping hot for fast food with an amazing taste! 12/10 would recommend!!

A little crowded and noisy inside, so we sat outside. Burgers, fries and tots were good. Wish they had Coke products, but at least they had Diet Dr Pepper. They had ran out of the bun for his burger but he preferred the regular bun anyway.
