I think I have a new favorite pizza place! Ordered Frank’s for the first time today via GrubHub. It was here in a flash and it was perfect. They even put a little garlic knot in the middle of the pizza to protect the cheese from sticking to the box. I did get extra cheese but I probably didn’t need to because there was A LOT of cheese. But the flavor of the crust, sauce and cheese was delicious! I will definitely order from Frank’s again!!

Yesterday I had a craving for spaghetti so I went to this restaurant for the first time. I ordered Meat sauce over linguini. It was delicious!!! They do a wonderful job even explaining the types of pasta. Great customer service and what a great chef!!!!! I live locally and will definitely go there again. I recommend trying a pasta dish.

The prices are high for the size & quality of the pizza. They show $.50 for xtra toppings but charge $3 for each extra on a 14″! Dont order the steak & onion pizza unless you want Steak-um dust on ur pizza. The chicken is the smallest of pieces I’ve ever seen, almost couldnt even tell or taste it was on there. The sub made my child sick. Definitely check your pizza before paying cuz you wont be very happy. We live close by and likely wont ever go back. The chicken tenders were about the only decent tasting thing ordered. It’s not gourmet food at decent prices at all! Try Pasquale’s or Italia, they are tasty! Just giving an honest review & 1st time experience.

To be fair, I didn’t eat here. I called ahead and was told they offer dine in. When we walked in, it was confusing. A girl behind the counter asked me for my phone number. I asked why she needed my phone number for us to eat there. It’s for the system she said. I said I don’t want to be in the system, I just want to eat. She was NOT pleased. What’s your name then for the order? “Keith” I replied. Then she asks “Are you ready to order or you need a minute”? I said “we just walked through the door to come eat here”. At this point a fellow comes over and says we order at the counter and they bring it to the table. We just left. Either you have dine in or you don’t. It’s like they want to charge dine in restaurant prices for a fast food experience.

I ordered a pizza here for pickup in advance of visiting some of the local breweries. Pizza was delicious, very generous on the toppings, and the piece of garlic bread in the middle of the pie was a nice bonus. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and looking for pizza.

This is the best pizza and Italian food in the Frederick and Carroll county area. Recommend anything on the menu. Don’t miss out on this place! Food is awesome; NY style pizza is amazing! Worth the trip. Try their Chicago style pizza.. its the best pizza in North America.

Frank’s is ok for a quick pick up. Food is ok. Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up 1 veggie and 1 pepperoni. Got a veggie and plain cheese. Get extremely tired of having to check an order as simple as this to make sure it’s correct. But hey mistakes happen and Frank’s say they’ll make it right next visit.
