I continue to give Frank’s chance after chance and receive nothing but disappointment.
Ordered a cheesesteak with mozzarella cheese, pepper and onions… for an additional $3.00 each, we added mushrooms and jalapeños on the side. Additionally we ordered wings and a 2 liter Diet Coke.
What we received was embarrassing and incorrect.
Cheesesteak did not have mozzarella cheese … in fact there was hardly any cheese at all…. Along with the peppers and onions that were completely lacking.
The wings were soggy and gross.
They sent Pepsi instead of Diet Coke without asking whether we wanted something else or nothing at all.
And the $6 I paid for mushrooms and jalapeños would have been warranted if they weren’t nearly empty and we received actual jalapeños.
When I called they addressed none of my concerns except for saying “he said he put peppers and onions on the cheesesteak”.
I will NEVER order from here again and strongly advise no one else does either, unless you like to throw money away, receive poor service, and mystery replacements.
**** UPDATE**** I called them back today (3/2) as requested, they said no one called me, said who am I trying to reach, and no manager is available call again tomorrow. Needless to say… I will NOT be calling back – chasing down a business who responded to my review stating “they’d like to understand what went wrong” WHY bc the photos provided weren’t enough???

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My son and I enjoyed the pizza and wings. The pizza was greasy and cheesy just how we like it. And the wings very crispy (I always ask for sauce on the side). The service was great too.

The restaurant was accommodating to our event a bridal shower and let us use the space, we catered the food which was amazing “penne pasta with chicken, salad and included bread” it was excellent.
The service was outstanding, we were a group of twelve and they were always attentive to our needs. One of the owner I believe his name was Willie made it easy for us to have a great time. Definitely an excellent place to have a small event. Thank you.

Very attentive service. Waitress anticipated our needs. Wings were crispy, juicy and delicious. Our picky grandchild gobbled up her plain pizza. Penne vodka and chicken napolitano were both good.

My family and I frequent Franks often. I also host a lot of school events and choose to do business with Franks. However on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, both my husband and I were charged $500 and had not placed an order. I got one payment returned and I am still waiting the other. They apologized and basically said wait for my bank to solve it. How unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never step foot in their again specifically because they must be logging credit card numbers at the machine. I was not inside Franks on Wednesday when the charges were put through. $500 is a very significant amount. I would never trash a small business but this is truly unacceptable.

I placed an order tonight and received my order 5 minutes ago. I specifically instructed that they make the pizza extra crispy as this place always has a tendency to have soggy pizza where the toppings all fall off as soon as you pick up a slice. I opened my order as soon as it arrived as my guests were hungry, and guess what? SOGGY PIZZA. I’d understand if I didn’t specify how i wanted it, but I said EXTRA CRISPY when ordering, and they acknowledged it back over the phone so i’m incredibly disappointed. I called but at that point there’s nothing they can do. No worse feeling robbed of your money because you didn’t get the order you asked for.
