I was really looking forward to trying this place, sadly, it was terrible. Nothing remotely authentic about it- can’t even call it fusion. The shrimp in the rice bowl was not fresh, borderline inedible; the tofu was not seasoned and there was no flavor in the sandwich. They didn’t even bother to cut the cilantro, they just left stalks in it. “Conshy Girls” are involved in a lot of restaurants/ cafes between Conshohocken and Ambler; perhaps they should rethink this endeavor: bad food meets cultural appropriation.

Pictures were awesome! If eating my phone was an option that would be my choice. There was virtually NOTHING in our banh mi rolls, it wasn’t toasted and the bread was horrible. I probably filled up more on the nasty roll than what should have been inside of it. My son ordered a chicken filet and after cutting it up into smaller pieces, he couldn’t even chew it because it was so hard. I didn’t even know that they make steamed buns as small as we got with the pork belly bao. Totally regret ordering dinner from here
