Surprised ourselves with franko’s so far having the best fish and chips since we moved here 4 years ago. My favorite pizza is the BBQ chicken deluxe. Also like how they cut the pizza different then most places do. Makes it so there are squares instead of triangles. More pieces available and smaller pieces if needed when it’s cut like that. So far it’s our go to pizza place in Plainfield.

AWFUL! We would go here once a week, the pizza was burnt 20% of the time, but when it was good, it was good! After tonight, we will never be back. We called for a pizza at 6:22 and they told us 20 minutes. My husband showed up late at 6:50, and he was told 3 more minutes. At 7:00 they come to tell him it was just put in the oven so it would be 10 more minutes. At 7:30 after sitting in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes, my husband goes to the window and asks about the pizza because they never came out to give it to him. They actually charged him for the pizza still and it was BURNT! When I called to talk to the manager, he told me they were not a free service. I told him we would not be back because that is awful customer service and he said “that’s fine, you’re holding me up right now”. AWFUL customer service after going here for years at least once a week and that’s the service we get. Come to find out, this is the OWNER! I called back to ask if he was the manager or the owner, and he told me I was holding up his phone line again and hung up on me.

This was the worst grinder I have had in this area. A small grinder had a single layer of meat, a small amount of toppings and while I ordered roasted peppers, I received raw peppers. And the bread was crumbling in my hands and all over my chest. I will never order a grinder there again.

Their pizza is very good !! We have been back to them 3 times and every time their pizza is amazing !! The service is good considering they usually only have one person doing everything. The staff is very friendly and kind and will go out of their way for you.

Community love!! Always a a pleasure ordering from Franko’s. From the smile and warm greetings from staff. The family atmosphere with the community support surrounding the walls. Can’t help but feel like you belong. Better than franchise of course and portions always on the generous end. Every few months I go to the laundromat in the same plaza they own and operate. (Large comforters never get the attention the large capacity machines offered at this establishment) Personally I love the help and assistance of the multi businessman, family man and community service man Frank has alway been first to help and always last to leave. Always trying to help his customers and community as family. From my whole family thank you for being the service man this community needs more of.

Walked inside to pick up our food the young kid at at counter was helping us out and we had asked for our pickup which was a large burger and fri. We were told there was only a small made and no large was ordered. The younger kid had placed a ticket over another on accident and was yelled at sweared at and told he would get punched in his head. And after that told him if he doesn’t like how things are ran there’s the door. The curly headed young manager was very unprofessional and I will not be getting food there again while he works there.
