They have horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave me a wrong order, when I returned the order they said they would remake the correct order. They gave me the same wrong order back with sesame seeds on it. Then proceeded to lie about it. At this point I asked for a refund. They would not refund any money. We order from here multiple times a week. Never again! Hope the $15 was worth losing a customer. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Just ordered chicken tempura roll from here and the chicken was so tough that I couldn’t chew it. I’ve ordered it before from them with the same outcome. This was me giving them another chance and it’s still terrible.

this place absolutely tickles my tastebuds. if I want food my mind instantly goes here. every single time I think about this food my mouth waters with absolute anticipation, I am drooling on my floor currently writing this reply. I love this place, and their food. I will never love something more.

terrible terrible terrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. never once did I have bad sushi and I’ve tried numerous sushi places at this point. we ordered spicy tuna roll (which is my go to anywhere) and shrimp tempura. I barely even put the spicy tuna roll in my mouth and I gagged from how raw and the fishy taste it had. AGAIN, I get spicy tuna from EVERYWHERE and I understand that it’s RAW but never had it taste like the bottom of the ocean. the shrimp tempura was so dry that I couldn’t even swallow it. we called to express our concern because we ate none of the food we got. instead of going ahead and writing a bad review, we decided to call and let them know we weren’t satisfied. completely respectful on our part and they did nothing but yell and be extremely disrespectful. started saying that people order it all the time and it’s our fault that we don’t like it. at this point we weren’t even asking for anything in return, just some decent customer service and an apology if anything. instead she wanted to get nasty and basically tell us to never return. even if the sushi was amazing, I still wouldn’t return with their disrespectful and inappropriate customer service. extremely disappointed.

They were accomodating with a mistake on our part with ordering, however when we recieved the food, there was a metal staple in the sushi rice. I’m not sure if this was intentional or what, but that could have seriously hurt someone.

Worst food I ever eat !!! Pepper and onions steak all you could taste was thick flour gravy also mix with Chinese vegetables. Homemade egg rolls under cook. Shrimp and garlic same with heavy flour gravy under cook also. Nothing nice to say. Go to Philadelphia if you want good Chinese food
