Good food but bad customer service. Rarely anyone is in there working and when you come in they’re on their phone or just ignore you completely. They’ve given me a hard time with pick up orders every time. When there is someone actually working there, they’re not friendly. I ordered a pickup Door dash order the worker said I was an hour late about 5 times (I wasn’t). I went to fill my cup with diet coke and he made me dump it out, said I didn’t put what flavor I wanted on door dash (there wasn’t an option). My cup was already full with diet coke and he still made me poor it out. I always get the same drink but when there’s a certain worker there, it seems like everything is an issue to him.

Ordered clam strips and fish and chips. Yuck. Way way over cooked. Should be light golden brown not dark brown on its way to black. Fries were passable. Maybe their other items are okay but I’d steer clear of the seafood. Had it delivered so I couldn’t bring back to the counter.

$8 for a handful cheese cubes; a year ago it was $6 and you would get triple the amount. Whoever sets prices/servings has no clue what they are doing. Amazing service from the ladies behind the counter though.

The food was amazing, just the service was horrible. I was literally the only guy there, didn’t greet me after I said hi. I waited a while before he decided to finally access me, after I ordered he leans forward and looks at the tip jar. Yeah after that entry I wasn’t tipping you, so keep looking hard. While I’m waiting a lovely lady comes out from the back, after a bit she goes to the back again he screams at her “what are you doing?!” She gently replied “fixing the stuff we got in” he just says “oh” . Very disrespectful guy. Again, I’ll go back for the food but that kid needs more training.
